Eventually resolved! No response to my purchase query
Situation rectified as I received the missing item as promised. But communication from the eBay site isn’t great infact virtually nonexistent other than generic emails from EBay……
I bought or thought I bought according to the advert was a blue trailing ip67 plug and socket but only received the socket. Have sent two messages but still no reply. This was an eBay purchase....Day 2, I received a quick reply telling me the mistake had been rectified and I would receive and eBay message informing that the missing item would be posted on. Many hours later no messages and no indication of the item being posted.
Day 3… missing item delivered but no postal communication whatsoever.
