I have ordered several times from them, and each time I had a different problem.
First time they delivered me broken plates, and when I informed them, they didn't even acknowledge. I let it go.
The second time I ordered something, it took more than a month for delivery.
The third time they send me wrong product way cheaper than what I payed for and I had to struggle with them to take it back. When I finally managed to, they asked for the product back and they told me they will give me my money back when they check that the product is intact. Than, after few months the driver came and told me that he can't give me the money if I don't give him the product. I explained to him that I already returned long time ago. And it took me a lot to recover my own money.
The last time they didn't send me the entire order I was charged for, and I was struggling for months for that products. I ve been told they don't trust me that I did not receive that products, so I need to wait for them to make the inventory. That products never ever reached me.
I am done ordering from Jazp.
Their integrity as a website is compromised and their customer service has a lot of flaws.
They do not answer properly, when you tell them some products are missing - they do not trust you, as if you are a liar from the very start, not that their staff is unable to assembly a simple order, properly. After that they put you to fill a report on their website with the missing item, but their website is extremely bad and do not allow you to tick for each of the items that you were supposed to receive. It has a limited amount of ticks. So, once again I was enable to raise my complaint.
And they don't answer the phone nor the whatsapp.
If you don't want headache and to fight for your own money, do not order from them.

Don’t order from jazp

I bought an air cooler in may 2020 it stopped working after a month so i called them and they came and picked it up to check it
I didn’t hear from them for a couple of months so i called them they said that they’d check and call me back now its jan 2022 and I haven’t heard from them again and they aren’t answering my calls

I have been calling you since 3 months and your costumer service tells me that someone will call you back and you never do so don’t tell me that the warranty is expired if you are a respectful company and honest to your clients you will reply to there complains not wait till the warranty expired then answer to the complaint

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, sold a Nintendo switch in Qatar which was produced for the Australia/New Zealand market, no mention of this on the website/app. Incorrect power adapter supplied. When questioned they keep saying we will update you soon etc. Terrible company.

Jazp sell broken products and they refuse to refund because of the 7day policy , I bought a product and it was a gift , I traveled with it without opening it only upon arrival home and I opened it for my niece I noticed it was broken , poor child was heart broken , after 10days I returned back to Doha from my vacation with the product to request for an exchange for a product that is not broken and I was informed it's not possible because of the 7days exchange policy, exchange policy should be 30days like other stores , yours is 7days because you know you sell faulty products to customers. I will never shop at Jazp again .

An online banana order🔞

I have ordered a laptop Hp 15" on sep 13-2021 and Jazp asked for a confirmation of my order by replying their email and I replied as well on same date, lets say within 5minute gap.

Later same day 13th someone from Jazp(44309999) called me and double confirmed my order and asked for an advance 😅in a nice way. I denied nicely as there is COD option is there on their app.

Same day I chat with Jazp on WhatsApp to tripple confirm my order and try to find any possibilities of early delivery but said No🥸. Cool !! some professionals are seem rude but straight and I liked it.

Everything was silent untill 22nd Sep 2021. And in the same morning I checked the status of my order by calling Jazp at the other end someone from Jazp said. "Sir your order is under process which was confirmed on 19th😮. and should wait for another 7 days😱." I called again and asked them to recheck and then Jazp says. Your item has arrived but damaged. So you can take a coconut and leave instead your mango and asked me to get satisfied.

This situation totally disappointed and I decided to end my life. Way home I stopped at Teatime and ordered a mango juice (as my last wish) they said they don't have any mangoes because of the off season and their supplier informed them prior so it seemed genuine and pro and I ordered a banana shake and l dipped my middle finger in that and sucked well!!.

Jazp is Very professional😅 On time delivery 😹 They have kind and polite customer threatening 👹sorry pampering executives✊🏾💨.

I ordered a mobile phone (Nubia Redmagic 6R) on the 15th of July and they said the order will arrive in 2-3 days. Today is 23rd of July and the phone has not arrived yet. Whenever I call customer support they reply with same answer "The order will arrive in 2-3 days". How many "2-3 days" do I have to wait till my order is here? The Delievery status on the application is still on "Processed" since 15th of July and has not been shipped yet.
