Simply had to write a review for the impeccable customer service and experience I had from Jaycotts. I ordered ribbon for Christmas and a couple of other sewing supplies. The items arrived beautifully wrapped and next day delivery for a very low postage cost. I had spoken to a gentleman on the phone to confirm stock of an item and he was very helpful and attentive. having ordered zips from Jaycotts and another company on the same day, I have to say what an amazing service Jaycotts give. My order was dispatched and recived within 48hrs where as the other compant took over 1 week. Having paid same postage for both companies I was surprised. The speed of delivery is very important to me for my small business. The quality of goods is also outstanding.

I've been ordering from Jaycott's for years (mostly patterns, zips, interfacing, needles) and they are always incredibly fast to pack and ship orders. They have a great selection of sewing patterns and haberdashery--I can't recommend them enough!

I put in my order online on Sunday evening and it arrived by post on Tuesday. I live in the North East of Scotland and have to put up with deliveries taking much longer to arrive. The goods are exactly as described and just what I need to start my project.

We ordered a pattern and when it arrived it had a page missing. We let the staff at Jaycotts know at 10 o'clock on Tuesday and had a response within a couple of hours to say they were sending another on.

By the next day, Wednesday, we had a replacement.

In times when it's almost impossible to deal with anything other than a chat bot it's refreshing to deal with such helpful people. Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to all our sewing friends.

Excellent service my wife recently purchased a rather expensive sewing machine and was told right from the start there would be a delay in shipping All through the process was kept updated on the delivery time. I'd give this company more than 5 stars if I could. I have always experienced excellent service. If I order in the evening then the orders are completed ready to be despatched before 8.00 am the next morning! The communication on the order process works well and the website is easy to navigate. Their prices are competitive and the plain dyed cotton material is a good quality.

My go-to online shop for sewing supplies. A pleasure to do business with them. Good choice of interfacing, linings, threads + all haberdashery. An easy to negotiate website. Very prompt at processing orders and good communication. Always tempted to buy a new sewing machine from them but have so far resisted. Often notified of offers or sales but mostly these seem to be for sewing patterns.

I very rarely write reviews, but Jaycotts are really wonderful. They stock embroidery supplies that are hard to find elsewhere at great prices and with an efficient ordering and delivery process.
