Ordered a spare part. Payment taken. Part not received. No response to my emails. Very bad.

Sí, aún tenemos nuestra MT8.
Queremos usarla, pero no hemos encontrado una bombilla alternativa y no les pediremos otra, ya que la primera llegó rota en un paquete mal protegido y se negaron a enviarnos otra (incluso después de que les enviamos una foto y un video del artículo, el paquete y el pequeño trozo de papel triturado que supuestamente la protegía). Su bombilla de repuesto era de mala calidad, no tan buena como la original; por lo tanto, se dañaría fácilmente si no estuviera bien protegida durante el envío.

Yes we are still in possession of our MT8.
We want to use it, but havn't found an alterntive Bulb and will not order a second one from you, after the first one arrived broken in a poorly propected package and you refused to send another! (even after we sent you a photo and video of the item, the package and the tiny amoung of shredded paper that was supposed to protect it). Your replacement bulb was of poor quality, not as good as the original, subsequently it would easily succumb to damage if not heavily protected during postage!
