Very distressing experience. I ordered a combination, watch and pedometer for my wife, which was quite expensive but when it arrived, the catch was broken. I have tried numerous times to reach this company to see about either returning it or getting a replacement and have had no luck. No one returns my emails! I would be very careful about buying from the store.
The website offers a wide range of products but the prices are absolutely insane. That's usually about 2 to 3 times the price you'd pay in Japan, not including the shipping fees.
Granted, many websites specialized in japanese products tend to make you pay a hefty price, but this one is way above any other.
Besides, most of the products they offer, even the newest ones, have been on the market for at least a year. So much for a website with "trend" in its name.
Costumer service is terrible. They sell items from CHINA. Once you receive the items in the UK, you have to pay very high import taxes, and the shop also charges a lot of money to send the product by Fedex. I ended up paying too much money and got a product made in China. Very disappointing. Don't recommend.
