I was very happy to find the vacuum we were looking for on the Janilink site at such a good price. Ordering was easy, shipping costs were reasonable, and we received the vacuum very quickly.

I could not have been happier to find items I had been looking for for a long time and finding it at Janilink. Certainly a company I shall be happy to deal with if I have additional needs.

Janilink had the best prices that I found and my items were shipped to me fairly quickly and arrived just as they were described. I am very pleased. Although having some trouble with my log-in for their website.

Although they did not have my first order in stock, I still give Janilink Corp. a 5 star. They were so quick to meet my needs, and the 'replacement' order I am very satisfied with. I had my order within a few days. So impressed by their prompt & personal service, that I will stay with them over my previous supplier. It's nice to find a business that still takes pride in how they deal with their customers - like American businesses used to be!

The order took only a few seconds and in a short while the delivery truck was on time with the order. Our inventory at "The Brass Bell" was almost depleted and were able to complete the project.

I've only purchased Wright's brass polish from Janilink in large quantities for our brass on our Cable Car fleet, They were better then competitive on their pricing and the service has been great!

Fast delivery and carpet rake was just what I expected.

I would love to review this order but; as yet, have not received it. I guess it has been sent by pony express or a turtle. Why ask me for an opinion if you don't even send it.

Your prices are amazing. However, I did not get what I had expected/hoped for. It may be that part of it was my fault. I had thought I ordered a spray bottle and the spray top. What I got was the spray bottle, no top, and a gallon bottle with a pour top. A nice young man called to say that the blue micro fiber rags were not available, did I want another color. So I ordered them in green. I had ordered and paid for 4 but only received 3. My order # was 9712. So not the best experience.

Janilink is the place to buy your Perky carpet rakes. The prices are terrific. The product is made in the USA and the rake perks up a low shag carpet so that it looks better than new. The product was shipped very quickly. I could not be happier.

The product is very good but not sure I would order again due to the cost of postage.

I was satisified with the whole experience...from ordering online to receiving my order. The most impressive part was the email I received saying someone would call to confirm shipping prices BEFORE shipping and sure enough I received a call within a day! He not only confirmed the cost of shipping but offered me a different option to save me a little money. You can't beat this type of service!! I'd recommend Janilink to everyone!!!!

I ordered the microfiber cloths and a floor cleaner since we have tile floors. I am always on the lookout for something to make my life a little easier. I plan on using these two products today. But ordering was pain free, easy and arrived early which is always a good thing. Thanks so much Janilink.
