I am a bit disappointed in that over 2 weeks of following the plan I have only lost about 3 lbs. The food is very tasty though so no complaints there.

Excellent, easy to order a varied range of meals and snacks online, delivered on time, with care and very well packaged. The meals and snacks are ABSOLUTELY delicious, nutritious, fulfilling and perfect portion size. SO straightforward to heat and eat when required and able to supplement with plenty of fruit, vegetables, salad and dairy.
After just 1 week, both my daughter and myself have lost a substantial amount of weight between us, we feel happier, healthier and have more energy.
Initial scepticism of embarking on a completely new healthy eating plan has vanished and we’re so glad we made the move to JanePlan! 😘

I found the food to all look the same liquidised to mush, you would not know what you were eating, flavouring strong! Dinners & Lunch. Decided could not eat this over a long time.
Then found trying to contact them near on impossible, either no one available or left waiting up to 2 1/2 hours. Emails not responded to. It took up to 2 weeks to contact them to say i did not want to coninue with the plan. Then took another two weeks for the food to be picked up & then refunded.
they say people available to contact 24/7 this is not true.

Plan is so easy to follow as the meals/snacks are all there for you to make a daily selection from and they are easy to prepare. I’ve enjoyed all the evening meals, soups and cold lunches ( eg couscous salad) I liked the shakes that were included at lunchtime as they’re quick and easy. I have porridge with a pile of fruit on top or the muesli/granola with fruit and yoghurt at breakfast and that keeps me pretty full till lunchtime. I’ve not been quite so keen on the hot meals at lunchtime as I don’t have time/ facility to prepare veg to go with it and don’t like salad with hot food so prefer the convenience of the noodle pots/ soup/shakes/ cold lunches. Had no issues with delivery to date and am losing weight consistently.

All meals are done for you so it makes it easier. Instructions weren’t on the oats so I emailed for them and had a really quick and clear response.

I'm really pleased with the diet plan the food is good quality and tasty which helps with keeping to a low calorie diet and having to go without your favourites. I've been on the Jane plan now for four weeks and I have lost 17lb which I am ever so pleased about as I have an underactive thyroid condition which means that I don't lose weight as easily as most people usually! so I was very pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately my experience with Customer Service was not as good as what I've been reading with other people I don't know who I spoke to but when I had my first box delivered there was lots of things in it that I didn't order because they were clearly food that I just do not like and I had to give a few away to friends as they were no good to me when I phoned up to say that this had happened I was offered no help at all and basically told it was what I will ordered when I'm sorry it most definitely was not. However I was really surprised when I did tried the carrot soup which I didn't believe I ordered, that was actually rather tasty but I don't eat lamb or pork at all and two of the dishes were those so there's no way I clicked on them also a lot of hot chilli type things I don't like hot food so I had to give those away as well, and not one but 2 Pea and ham soup's I never eat ham I don't like it. Grumbles aside it's the best diet I have ever done and the most successful so I can't knock it for that and I've just received my second box and everything in this box is correct. So I'm happily going to continue as I'm aiming to lose three stone altogether and 17 lb down in four weeks is remarkable. I screenshoted my menu this time to make sure I got exactly what I ordered. Such a shame had this not of happened or had been rectified I would've given the diet five stars cause it really is a good diet

The meals were mainly spicy and not really good enough quality for me. Also lots of fruits and vegetables were required making the plan quite expensive for the quality

I trying to speak to someone about returning and cancelling was a nightmare. Eventually I emailed and did get a reply after several attempts. My order was collected after chasing collection. Still no refund or communication!!!

Very easy to use the system. Everything delivered on time. Food is easy to prepare and flavoursome. Lots of advice available to make the weight loss process easier. If I had one complaint, it would be to replace non-available meals with one already ordered, as some people may not be able to eat non-ordered items! Otherwise a brilliant experience. Thank you.

The snacks, breakfasts and lunches are edible. However the main meals are not as described or photographed.
The potato on the cottage pie is brown and set. The pasta in the lasagne is thick, soggy and stodgy. The meals are over seasoned and the sauces are gloopy . I have binned some but so as not to waste the money I have replaced the pasta and potato, rinsed off sauces and added my own, which defeats the object of calorie counting.
The processed meals look nothing like those advertised on the website so are deceiving.
I am in my very first month and have sent a notification to cancel my subscription within the 14 days stated in the terms and conditions, according to the contract regulations, but I have received a further email telling me if they don’t receive confirmation they will continue the subscription payments.
I have also been told that because I have completed 1 month I will need to pay £150. I haven’t completed 1 month as I couldn’t sustain eating the meals . Despite only eating or throwing away 12 days food they have not offered to repay for the 16 days not eaten, despite this being in the terms.
I have emailed again confirming my cancellation but I am now very worried that my subscription will not be cancelled and I will have to continue paying.
I have been offered a £25 discount to remain - no amount of discount will convince me to stay with this plan.
