Really excellent customer service.

The Admin staff o dealt with have been so helpful and accommodating. I have mostly dealt with Lulu who could not have done more to help me. She was so kind and understanding whilst being professional and business focussed. I could not fault them in any way.
My whole experience has been positive from my initial order through to the delivery.

So far the meals are good and the…

So far the meals are good and the weight is coming off... but I'm only 2 weeks in. Some days I am very hungry and a few meals are very incomplete... the Pork Massaman curry needs rice added which you may not have spare calories for.
I let them send whatever for my first order which has made me try meals I wouldn't have. But I can't give 5 stars after getting two boxes in my first month. These were unpacked before the error was realised, and though I had the option to send back... that would have been a hassle. So I have two months the same and I wouldn't have chosen so much soup for May...
I will re-review in 6months when hopefully I have reached my goal weight.

Didn’t realise I’d signed up for 8…

Didn’t realise I’d signed up for 8 months, it was not clear when ordering the first box so now they want £150 to cancel. Food is horrible, snacks are ridiculous and a total waste of money that I do not have! Serves me right for not reading the crap reviews first! Don’t know how they have the cheek to push this out to people especially those who are vulnerable. DO NOT
USE UNLESS YIU CAN AFFORD £300 for 8 months in food you can’t eat!

We do try to make the different plan durations as clear as possible at the point of purchase. The plan lengths are shown in bold on our website, included during the checkout process, and also confirmed in the order confirmation email, so customers have several opportunities to review the commitment before starting.

To clarify our cancellation policy, there are no cancellation fees. Customers are free to cancel at any time. However, because our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted rate compared to shorter plans, if a plan is ended early we simply ask for the difference to be paid between the discounted longer-term price originally selected and the shorter duration actually completed. This approach allows us to offer better value on longer commitments while still keeping flexibility for customers.

Would not recommend and is very expensive

Food not the best, as quite tasteless through lack of seasoning! I could’ve put up with the meals but because I wouldn’t adhere to carrying out three months supply, they charged me £150 for coming away. I thought that was quite steep and not acceptable.. I would not recommend at all to anyone in fact quite the opposite. I only gave one STAR because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to given a review…

AND IN RESPONSE TO MY RECEIVED REPLY TODAY 28/04/2026 TO JANE PLAN CUSTOMER SERVICE I SAY THE FOLLOWING:

I stand by what I say.. THIS IS INDEED A CANCELLATION FEE FOR CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE DATED TIME TO ADHERE TO EATING HER TERRIBLE FOOD, AND IT’S ONLY THE FIRST MONTH THAT YOU GET THIS SPECIAL OFFER ANYWAY, EVEN IF THE FOOD WAS EASILY PALATABLE …

Seriously, how is it justifiable that without discount the meals cost £409 a month?.. That’s £102.25 a week , I’m a person living on my own, with an income of £1,000 coming in a month, seriously how can Jane feel £409 is acceptable? It’s daylight robbery, as for the different selections of food, that is no excuse for the rest of the meals which I purchased being tasteless, it defeats the object. I tried her DIET PLAN about 12 years ago, the price was more acceptable and the food really tasty, you can’t cut corners when you’re trying to encourage people to buy her food, and charge prices that are undoable for most people. and I say it again., lowering the standards of how the food taste is not acceptable.

Delivery didn't arrive

Delivery didn't arrive, I had to chase it not once but twice. The four noodle pots are squashed and loose in the box. Porridge flakes around the box, I haven't found which one is open yet.

The package arrived badly damaged

The package arrived badly damaged. It looked as if it was dropped from a height and badly wrapped with tape to hold it together. Meals were split open and had leaked in the box and over other meals. It was gross and thoroughly off putting. It was a few days late, possibly because of the damage.
