Neither name nor message was attached

There were neither my name or my message was on the card. So upset. Also the color of the orchid was different too. So so disappointed.

We're very sorry that you were disappointed with the service that we provided.

We've now traced your order and investigated the circumstances. Unfortunately, sometimes it's not always possible to obtain the exact flowers that appear in our bouquets on our website. Fortunately, this is a rare occurrence but it does happen. As soon as we were aware that the color of the Orchid was unavailable, we emailed you with an alternative choice of replacing with either pink or white, but unfortunately we didn't receive a response, so rather than not send the flowers, we made a decision ourselves.

Concerning the message - we've looked at the message that you typed in on-line and can see that it did not include your name. We don't routinely add the senders name to a message as quite often, the sender is ordering on behalf of someone else, so this wouldn't be appropriate. A complete copy of the message is attached to the order confirmation - which is emailed on receipt of the order.

We are wondering if you received either of our emails as you don't seem to have been informed. Could our emails have ended in your spam or junk folder?

In any event, we are very sorry that you were disappointed and truly hope that we can be of good service to you in the future.

I went for the florists arrangement and…

I went for the florists arrangement and really felt it wasn’t a great bouquet and not what would expect from Jane packer. I would’ve normally choose myself but thought with Jane packer I would be safe. It’s was a real mish mash of colours and didn’t feel like it had been put together at all, disappointing

Beautiful flowers

Ordered a number of funeral flowers and from start to finish I cannot fault Sue at all. She was very helpful and overall seemed such a lovely person. The flowers were all beautiful and fresh and in all honesty we couldn't have asked for a better service overall. The feathered angel wings I wanted were also catered for. I would highly recommend using them for any floral needs. A big thank you for making a hard and sad occasion that bit easier and so very beautiful.

Excellent service - I purchased two preserved red roses: one for my friend's birthday and one for my mum for Valentine's Day. They both arrived on time and in perfect condition. Both recipients were thrilled with their gifts. Thank you so much.
