From ordering to delivery is always easy, I have only ever had one issue which was dealt with promptly and efficiently

Being new to vaping (to give up smoking), Jac Vapour are really helpful and I'm really enjoying their products. Knowing they are UK made gives peace of mind and their customer services are second to none.

I’ve been a customer of JV for years now. Quite simply because their products outclass any others I had previously used. They are the best quality & the prices are great too.

One of the most important things for a good company is how does their customer service stand up?

JV’s quite simply go waaaaaay above & waaaay beyond in my personal experience. I had an S22 unit which I started having a real problem with which wasn’t resolving by using different coils, different juices or the air flow. I emailed them & got a reply from a lovely man called Duncan. He listened to what I had to say & replied me. I sent the relevant pictures & info. When I needed to print out a return address label(paid for by Jac V might I add!) & told them I don’t have a printer. They even printed one out for me & posted it immediately!! I was already super impressed but the fact they care for their customers as well as the products really did touch me. I’ve NEVER experienced this level of care from customer service online or in real life!!

JV didn’t just resolve the problem, they made sure I was beyond happy with their service AND products!! I’m a low income household & especially in the financial times we find ourselves in, this is even more important to me, that a company takes me as their customer seriously & fixes any problem in a satisfactory manner. Jac Vapour smashed that out of the ball park!!!

This is why I say with 100% honesty, & without any hesitation, that Jac Vapour are easily the ‘John Lewis’ of the Vape Market!! I don’t know how else I can extremely express & impress how totally fantastic this company is!! Order from them without worry or doubt, they simply ARE the best!!

I have been using JAC for years now. Great products and great quality.

I have had a couple of issues with the VIM charging ports and each time Duncan and Jade in the customer services are incredibly helpful. Swapping a product is actually a pleasant experience.

Customer service is second to none!

I had a problem with my battery.
The service and courtesy I received from Jade was brilliant.
Wish other companies were as helpful.

After experiencing a faulty S22 Battery and some leaky coils, Duncan the rep went above and beyond with diagnosing and replacing my issues.

Been a big Jac user for years and it's nice to see they have that small-family vibe in the age of big conglomerates and corporate ignorance.

Never get a reply of messages in my account when I message them. I have paid more for delivery next working day and at the time of writing this it is now 3 days and still saying in warehouse on the UPS tracking service. Awful service with failure to deliver (this isn't the first order or the first time VAC have failed to deliver on time, and not the first time they dont respond to your message.

I have asked for a refund and I no doubt won't get a reply and they will have taken my money.

I will be using another VAPE company in future.

Further to your customer service reply. The order should be with me on the 15th and today is 19th. On the UPS tracking you sent me it is still showing in their warehouse.
Hopefully can get a refund. I noted you were emailing my old email, despite me updating my email address and I didn't receive any emails on account on your website.

has nice taste (mango ice) and draw is just about right.puffs per refill a bit optimistic but all in all a nice little puff box

Contacted JAC Vapour via email about a charging problem with my S22.
They replied straight back with a possible solution and an accompanying video link.
Problem solved. Great service.

Great service. I had a problem with a faulty battery, and they sorted it out the same day, with the new battery posted to me that day.

Love all products and haven’t been able to find flavours that I prefer anywhere else.

However, that’s not the reason I’m writing a review. One of my devices had an issue that I felt certain would require a replacement.

I contacted customer service and Jade responded swiftly with information and a video link. It took me less than a minute to resolve.

Too often we focus on negative customer experience experiences but this was fast, friendly and helpful, resolving my problem, and retaining me as a loyal customer.

I've been purchasing for awhile usually just liquids, but they had an offer on the puff box and thought i'd try it out. It's be good then I had a refill that didn't work, contact them and they were straight on it, we went through troubleshooting found it wasn't that and they replaced the refill. I hadn't had to contact them before but wouldn't hesitate, their customer service is excellent.

After sales service is what differentiates from good to great...! You raise an issue and Jac Vapour support team always responds and provides all the help required.

We have been using Jac Vapour for years and the principle reasons we have not moved is the quality of their products and the customer service. Sadly excellent, even good fuss free customer care is sadly a rarity nowadays. Constantly having to do prolonged battle to get anything resolved is soul destroying so it is a breath of fresh air dealing with the guys at Jac Vapour. Orders are always dispatched quickly. They respond to your enquries within 24hrs, often the same day, are a pleasure to deal with and always offer a acceptable resolution. We will be sticking with Jac Vapour.
