I can't fault Jackson Leisure. The website was easy to navigate, the parts I needed were in stock, reasonably priced, and sent out to me within a couple of days.

I've bought some parts for my camper recently, only that shop has all I need on shelves, with very good price. I mean low price, of course for original parts.
With some issues if my bank I had to communicate with client support and that was very good and informative, nice to meet such quality of services nowadays.
So with next demands of parts, I'll check that shop first of all, thank you!

I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a fridge freezer at a cost of over £2000 which showed as in stock with delivery of 7 to 10 days. I rang several times to find out when the delivery would actually be and it wasn’t until a week later they told me delivery wouldn’t be until the 31st July, because that’s when the supplier would be able to deliver it. So in fact it wasn’t in stock. It’s still showing the same information now. I requested a refund which they told me was done the same day and it would take 3 to 5 days. A week later I emailed again and they said it could take 5 to 7 days. Two weeks later I’m still not refunded. I’ve called again today and they said oh we don’t think the refund went through. They say they’ve done it today. I’ll believe it when I see it. Absolutely shocking customer service.
