Made a withdrawel on 1st may and still no money, had to send bank statements to prod I have not received. Today is now 8th. My account has now been suspended and I’m unsure if I will ever receive the money. I was a good customer so not sure why this has happened. Day 12 and still no winnings after sending document after document and hours of contacting them. Taking legal advice. So I have been using this site for months, verification went through no problem, then 3 weeks ago I was unable to withdraw my winnings, I was told I wasn't verified and had to go through the process all over again, I was asked for a particular deposit bank details etc but it was rejected, l spoke to someone on chat several times and all they say is send what's asked for and it will go through, unable to withdraw winnings till this is sorted, nightmare, I understand the verification process but why twice, not using this site again
