i went to the Madison location and…

i went to the Madison location and nobody meet me at the store! no sales person, nobody. Finally, after 10 min the sales person show up from the basement... ok!....she was on the phone, just quick glance at me and just continue talk on the phone for another 10 min. no Hi no By...service not nice... I like the baby stuff in that store, quality is good. I'm costumer for 14 years.

If I can give no stars I would

If I can give no stars I would.
Placed an order on line. I needed a gift receipt and called customer service to assist me on how to add to my order. They said simply check the gift box section and you will receive one with the order.
Well, that did not happen. I called customer service when I received the order and told them the gift receipt is missing. They acknowledged I was correct and I was told that they cannot issue a gift receipt after the order has been shipped. A simple gift receipt!!!!
I complained and after two weeks of arguing with them, they sent me a code for 10% off my next order. What a joke. First and last order from this company!

Wrong item and terrible customer service

My father received the wrong item for my daughter’s 6th birthday. This is more than just a gift; it represents a continuation of my mother’s legacy, who passed away suddenly and unexpectedly a few months ago. My mother would always buy my daughter a special item from Jacadi for birthdays and holidays. Naturally, you can imagine our disappointment when a baby item was sent.

When I called Jacadi, I requested that the correct item be shipped via priority shipping. I was told that my request was “impossible” and that I was “not in reality.” This behaviour is utterly unacceptable. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that was also “impossible,” with the only suggested next step being to handle the matter via email—something I suspect is not true.

After more than 10 email exchanges, Jacadi seems only concerned with retrieving the incorrect item. Not once has there been any effort to send the correct item via expedited shipping, nor have I received any compensation for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by your error. My repeated requests to speak with someone by phone have been ignored. Furthermore, I have been informed that it is my responsibility to arrange the return of the incorrect item.

Jacadi, you should be ashamed. It is clear that your company is not genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction nor the high standards you claim to hold.

They sent the wrong item...a sleeping…

They sent the wrong item...a sleeping bag vs a coat....customer service was TERRIBLE...stated that it was my fault and would not assist in sending the correct item. Told me to reorder and ship back. This was a gift so my granddaughter will not be receiving it on time!

Jacadi assisted in a very timely manner and even discussed the matter with headquarters. I was quite impressed with the way my complaint was handled as I had very different experiences with other French children clothes manufacturers.

Customer service is a disaster.

Customer service is a disaster.

My order was not delivered and returned back because of some techical reason between colissimo and DPD Germany. After calling cutomer support 5 or 6 times and expressing my willingness to get my order they said it will be cancelled and refunded. I have asked if I can talk with a supervisor but instead was asked to write an email or call back later and talk with another support specialist. But I have already did it numerous times. I have even called DPD on their behalf (that is actually what jacadi customer support should do) and DPD told me that there is some technical reason on the jacadi's side. Customer support is simply incompetent and not doing what their customers actually want. If something goes wrong with this company, nobody will help you. Be aware before buying.

Shoes are seriously damaged after two months

On March 17, 2023 I bought shoes for my son at Jacadi store in Brussels. Despite the fact that Jacadi indicates that the shoes have been tested for quality and that they have not received any complaints about this shoe. Wash the white burgundy colored by the Velcro within a week. And the Velcro and part of the sole are already broken. Our son wears the shoes 3 times a week. It's a shame that €75 shoes look like you've had them for a year after two months.

Jacadi brand doesn’t stand behind its…

Jacadi brand doesn’t stand behind its name. Their shoes have horrible quality, don’t buy them. They get destroyed in a very short period of time. Horrible canvas and running sneakers. No matter which model you buy, 3-4 months later - hundreds of dollars down to drain!
You email to Jacadi customer service and all you hear back is “we are very sorry”. Very convenient! I’m very sorry too, spending hundreds of $$$ on low quality shoes!!!

Poor Product Quality and horrible customer experience

Purchased a jacket for close to EUR 200 after second wear the zip kept opening from the bottom, tried to return after 9 days in store (jacket in perfect condition, store manager agreed) Store rep told me to call support team even though the jacket was purchased in-store. Eventually they agreed to call their own support team. Told me that I cannot get a refund only voucher or replacement. Basically was sold a faulty product and the company refuses to refund the money.

Terrible delivery service! The order lost!

Hello! I ordered 28.11 Jacadi dress with delivery to the shop in 3 days.07.12 Ive got email that my order is waiting in the shop, I come to the shop but the employee told me that its not there. 10.12 Ive got reminder to pick up my order but The shop didn't have it again.I wrote email to customer service but they didn't reply.16.12 I visited the shop again and nothing changed. When I called to customer service they only said "probably your order is lost and we make a refund"....The system between emails/reminders and the shops doesn't work! I spent a lot of time to come to the shop to check the status of my order!
