Erneuter Akkuwechsel mit Kulanz
Akku nach 1,5 Jahren defekt. Wurde mit Kulanz und einem kleinen Eigenanteil erneut gewechselt.

Telefonisch tagelang nicht erreichbar.
Wenn dann auf email, wie empfohlen, auch keine Reaktion erfolgt....
Eine professionelle Website reicht nicht aus, wenn man mehrere 100 Euro in die Hand nehmen soll.
Da sucht man dann halt nach anderen Anbietern, auf eine Reparatur will man nicht ewig warten...

Meine gewünschte Speicherplatz Erweiterung wurde ratz fatz erledigt. Die Beratung per Mail war detailliert und im Sinne des Kunden. So habe ich mir auch gleich ein neues System aufspielen lassen. Sehr professionelles auftreten.
