Hazel was great. Our holiday request was quite specific as we wanted it to be just right for us. She was very patient in helping us to find the right accommodation to suit our needs. It what can be quite a stressful situation she reassured me that she would be able to find what we were looking for, and she did just that. Friendly with fast responses. The service I was provided by Andera was 100% very informative and Andrea answered instantly! Andrea went out of her way to try and accommodate my needs but……
Unfortunately we wasn’t (my party) able to agree on the dates so I had to decline the offer that I got but would recommend using this service as if we could of agreed then I would have been booking.
Will definitely enquire in the future for any trips that I intend on taking!

Can’t fault Andrea for all her help, but it would have been nice to know my original travel agent had left and I had a new member dealing with my holiday.
