He want to carry out my checkouts. I had find another company to complete the job. I had pay for inadequate report has threatened me. I am scared but I am law binding citizen.
Good communication and quality of report. Would definitely recommend them and will gladly use them again.
Very poor service. Ivy cancelled on me after 5pm on the day Ivy cancelled on me after 5pm the day before they were due to take the inventory, even after collecting the keys from the estate agent. They were missing one email from me to confirm the address (guessing stuck in spam), but had verbal confirmation to go ahead twice and previous emails from me. They also had the address from the estate agent. Rather than confirming via email or calling again they chose to cancel the booking without notice. I can only assume they overbooked and decided they didn't want the work. This left me scrambling to find an alternative at the 11th hour. When cancelling they lied on emails claiming they hadn't collected the key. Very disappointing. I suspect the service might be OK if you can get them to turn up.
