Excellent service and very reasonable charges for labour. Had to order a part for me and texted me when it was ready. Polite service at reception and the phone is answered by a human - none of this menu nonsense! And best of all, the final price was less than what they quoted me.

Highly recommended.
I always use them now as I found in the past that my local Vauxhall main dealer was unhelpful and useless. IVC are always pleasant and very helpful. They explain what the problem is and get the work done with no fuss or hassle. I highly recommend them to anyone. Speak to Wayne, a very nice chap who keeps you informed at every stage. The prices compared to main dealers are also excellent.

Excellent all round.
The website could definitely do with an total overhaul and looks unfinished but don’t let this put your off.
Although they specialise in Vauxhall they are great on any manufacturers, new or old. They currently look after the two household cars, (a Fusion and a Maestro) and they are very professional and give honest impartial advice.
Over the years I have dealt with them, they have made us feel valued as customers and gained our trust. In our opinion they give good value for money all round.
