genius, brilliant.

My disabled brother had an ipad bought on his behalf using his money. It turns out he cant even download free apps without a debit or credit card. My brother cant manage his own money. I was so desperate to help him I set up a paypal account for him and had to register my debit card on it. He downloaded the free apps. When I asked apple whether deleting the debit card from paypal would stop any purchases being made, three Advisors, including a senior, refused to give me a straight answer and suggested that it would still charge me. They also told me that I'd have to delete my paypal account from his device. He is over a 100 miles away. Apple said for security reasons they couldn't delete the PayPal account themselves apparently for security reasons.

I asked them first whether there was a way around him having to have a payment method to download free apps, they told me there wasnt. .my brother has severe learning difficulties. Thank God I purchased a Samsung running Android recently .id never use Apple again.

Those scammer disabled my apple account for no reason And scammed e in 140$ was in my wallet i dont recommend them at all becareful guys they are horrible disgraceful scammers.. i Hope huwawei and china will beat them up soon very soon long live china

I am deleting my app. I somehow managed to click on a free trial unintentionally. After which I got charged for 3 months (even though I wasn’t using anything) until I noticed an invoice and put a stop to it.

iTunes has had it's day, the file size (256mbps) and sound quality is very low compared to Flac or Wav files as found on Bandcamp and iTunes prices are ridiculous for such low quality files! The site is not very user friendly either, it's confusing and a bit of a mess!

This is the most horrible piece of software. Unbelievable that Apple made this and let their reputation suffer. Don't use this software if you can avoid it, it will save you plenty of software nightmares.

are all apple iphones are assembled in china??
if yes we should stop buying it, apple should find another place to get it assembled. Strictly NO to any good made in China now.

Hello , so what happened to me was that I overcharged my account for few times on the same album that I purchased only once (!) I contact customer support and i have been direct to other departments back and forth which was unacceptable what so ever!

it's not the worse company that I have ever faced with but this case made me really upset so I had to write this feedback.

I will keep using it but I will make sure to triple check everything before

HBO and apple demostrated that the only thing that matters to them is money.

I paid for a six months subscription and this user was good for only 48 hours; after two weeks of HBO trying to fix the issue I asked for a refund witch HBO says is apple responsibility and apple sends the ball back to HBO

Nowadays unethical companies is the last thing consumers want to deal with. After more than a decade as apple user (iPhone, ipad) today I finally got that last push I needed it to move to Samsung

Never understood why you have to pay so much to access music freely... its suppose to be easy... take youtube and soundcloud for example

I would like to rate NO stars however it wouldn’t let me do this. I think they are the worst!!! I had a 10year old charge numerous charges on my account when I left my iPhone home to go to ICU to be with my Mom who ultimately passed away. I was initially told these charges would be refunded which was a blessing since I needed to help pay for her funeral. I never received the credit back to my account and contacted them again and was told there would be no refund. How devastating. I realize I should have blocked my phone but with so many things happening at once it never entered my mind. Out of all the charges they randomly picked one charge of $19.99 to refund, how that one was eligible to refund I have no idea. I have been so upset over this. I mean really they make millions or should I say billions of $ and they treat customers this way?? They should be ashamed!!!

Good quality products, but short lifetime and seemingly deliberate fast phasing-out of support for their products. Given the cost of their phones, one should expect better support. Moreover, while their customer service does make an effort, they gave bad advice, making me spend more money without getting my problems resolved. Eventually I had to purchase another phone (obviously no longer an iPhone).

Someone stole my code and redeemed it on iTunes. I wrote them to disable the code/movie and take action against the thief. They've answered quickly, but what they wrote was absolutely irrelevant and dumb. After my second e-mail they are non-responsive. Their support practically doesn't exist. Shame.
