Great but difficult

I am in a course on MS AI. Then content is complete and very detailed.. so far so good.
It is entirely delivered by 3rd party, skillsoft, and has several disadvantages
- customer service is with skillsoft entirely - itucation does not deliver anything here
- some lab exercises are not working/entirely updated or has too little time assigned, and service requests require you to go through the exercise again, describe steps and provide screendumps. Perhaps reasonable, but not for every other lab.
- most disqualifying is however, since these are recorded one-way sessions: everything is provided by non-native English speakers, and the Indian accent, staccato and monotone voices drives me nuts. This is far below expectations.

I recently completed a UI and UX Design course with Itucation, and I had a fantastic experience. Initially, I was a bit nervous since I have a light background in graphic design and don't speak Danish, but my worries were quickly put to rest.

Our instructor, Anette, was incredibly understanding and accommodating of my situation. She was not only sweet but also exceptionally skilled at teaching. Her supportive approach made the learning journey enjoyable and effective.

Thank you, Anette, and Itucation, for providing such a wonderful learning environment. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to enhance their skills in UI and UX design, regardless of their background or language proficiency.

The man I spoke to about the misguiding description of the structure of a course I signed up for was arrogant and unhelpful, saying the course is "not for kids". The e-learning course in data science itself is provided entirely by a 3rd party, Skillsoft, and is LIGHT YEARS away in quality from what you can find elsewhere on the internet. Stay away if you value your time and money.

The educator (Muhammad Nawaz Sandhu) was excellent.

Some of the "students" at the course were not supposed to be there i think, their level was not appropriate, so he had to go very slow, and had to answer way too many questions.

But he kept his head cool, and got a lot of ground covered nevertheless. I got a job partly because of my time here at Itucation.

100% would recommend.

Et helt fantastisk forløb med Jan Ulrich Nielsen ved roret i Office 365 Work Smartere. Urolig kompetent, humoristisk og vidende i hele pakken. Flotte lyse lokaler og dejlig stemning. Just do it work smarter, not harder 😀

First of all, Itucation provided all the necessary materials and was really friendly and helpful every time I contacted them. Regarding the course itself, I was positively surprised by the wide spectrum of topics presented in the course and the number of extra materials one could dive into if interested. Anette, one of three teachers, who seems to be the one in charge is incredible. She is full of positive energy and a ''we can do it'' attitude. Always ready to help and answer any question. I am really happy that I had a chance to participate in the course (Brugervenlighed of grafisk design) If I could change something it would be the presentation style and engagement of the two other teachers.

I higly recommend this class in Communication in praxis and Office programs. The teachers Jan Ulrich Nielsen and Jonas Askholm are good to teach us everything the right way. Helps and give us homework and give us feedback. Good revies and helper when you got stuck. Had good youtube videos to look/listen and learn from, together with the books we got to borrow.

I was a part of Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 study group! The atmosphere in the class was very open and friendly. We always try to help each other. Even my Danish language is not perfect, I understood a lot from the teacher, as he is a professional and knows the subject on a high level. I highly recommend this organization, as it helps to understand better the fundamental techniques in IT area.

It was really difficult to undertand a course like Microsoft Server 2012 R2 (70-410) in Danish language. But I have managed to complete the course only for the outstanding teaching skill of Mr. Noveed .
