Can’t activate it’s me account

I tried to activate the it’s me app with ING first, after verifying with ING, it opened the it’s me app again and got stuck on the “verifying your identity” page. Secondly, i tried to use my eID to activate the app, every time after confirming my identity, it ended up in an error. Since they have no phone number to call, and only do constumer service by email they respond extremely slow. I currently need to use it’s me to activate the Crelan app, and because of this (and other issues with crelan itself) i haven’t been able to access my money in 10 days.

Most useless app

this is the most useless app I ever seen.
I want to activate my account but it says that there went something wrong. I tried multiple times on safari and chrome, I downloaded the software and extension for the card reader every thing works but It crashes every time I press next.

The customer service is also not reachable,
they say they will look in to it over 2 workday's.

if you don't have to use it don't stay far away from it.

Embarrassing

It's embarrassing that the Belgian government hired them for such an important task as identifying citizens. It has been years I constantly have the same error messages. Every time I try to log-in takes me 2+ hours. I discussed multiple times with customer service over the years. Errors are the same, but they now turned-off their phone customer support line, as if that will help. I'm effectively blocked from important duties like filling tax return forms or requesting official documents because of some incompetent developers at Itsme. And note I'm a young guy who can use a computer, I can't even imagine the experience for an elderly. You should be ashamed.

MOST OF THEIR APP. DO NOT HAVE A PROFESSIONAL BASE BACKGROUND.
THATS A TECHNIQUE THEY USE TO YOU ASKING QUESTION.

One big zero 3 years and still nothing…

One big zero after 3 years of trying to open an account, still nothing. Help never writes back. Not only does everything go wrong, they also lock up the phone and computer for nothing. Funny that something like this is required in Belgium. Where one person can assume it via SMS and others have (errors) as the site says
