You need a telephone number.
If online banking is not available to someone it is almost impossible to do any business with you. You are loosing out on a lot of potential revenue.

I had trouble doing it online I'm not great with computers but Dillon helped me through the process explained the policy and arranged a call back for me for the next day so I could renew my insurance as I get paid on a Thursday the gentleman next the next day who's name begins with M was very polite and helpful with the two mens help I renewed my policy easier then trying to do it online

I took out a policy through a comparison website, and within hours of signing up, I was asked to provide multiple documents. Despite submitting everything requested, I was repeatedly told the documents weren’t suitable, with little explanation.
Less than 12 hours after the policy became active, I had no choice but to cancel. To make matters worse, I’ve been told I have to wait up to 45 business days for a refund of a substantial amount of money. On top of that, they charged me an administration fee, even though I believe the policy was mis-sold based on the information provided during the application process.
The entire process had to be handled through live chat because there is no customer service phone number, making it incredibly frustrating to resolve what should have been a simple issue.
Without a doubt, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Worst customer experience ever.
Whilst we fully appreciate that this is an online platform, the customer experience is very poor if there is any issue at all. We eventually cancelled the policy before it took effect, and were still charged £40 and advised that the full premium we paid could take up to 45 days to return.
That is an appalling level of service for an insurance company in a regulated market. A card refund should not take more than 2/3 working days.
We have absolutely no confidence in this company and would not recommend it under any circumstances.
The 1 star rating is only by default as zero stars was not an option.

Terrible customer service and no support whatsoever. If you need any assistance, rest assured you’ll only end up frustrated. I took out the insurance thinking it was a reputable company. Very poor service, unfortunately.
