I purchased the 10 tea Floral Tea pack. It arrived beautifully packaged, with some tea bags and little information cards about each tea - how to brew them (hot and cold); how it was made, who was behind the preparation etc. everything was very thoughtfully done and really first class. I felt like I was drinking a cup of amazing history each time a drank a cup of tea. I am very happy with my purchase and that I was able to try samples from so many splendid tasting and smelling teas. Just wonderful. Thank you very much.

Quality product, my purchase included a two small sample gifts which were very nice! My shipment was a lengthy international package, despite the distance, it came in an appropriate amount of time. I am very happy with my experience. I will probably purchase more in the future!

Their teas are truly some of the best I’ve had, especially the Jasmine Green Tea samplers. The customer service has been above and beyond and I love getting free samples with each order. They have so many teas to try and enjoy.

I ordered the Chinese cold brew collection and the Chinese green tea sampler from iTeaworld. The cold brew collection has several packets of four different flavors of loose tea with instructions for cold or hot brewing. The tea smells wonderful in the packet, and the cold brew turns out light and refreshing. The green tea sampler has four large packs of loose tea, which brew lovely cups. All of the teas I’ve tried so far are smooth with no bitterness or strong aftertaste. As a bonus, iTeaworld’s customer service is exemplary. I definitely plan to order more tea from them.

My first order with iteaworld I tried the jasmine liu bao and shiya herbal. The liu bao was decent in my opinion, the jasmine could be stronger but for the price it is still very solid. The shiya was delicious and provided a great caffeine free alternative to green tea which is exactly what I was looking for.
My second experience was a gift of the northern fujian oolong collection, which I was very impressed by. All 6 teas it came with were very delicious, and the set also included a detailed booklet about the history, origin, and process of each of the teas. The informational material they include about their teas are one of the best things about this company, especially for newer tea drinkers. I will definitely be ordering again!

I have tried just three products from iTeaworld, but so far I've never had a bad experience. As a newbie to tea, their curated package design helps me to discover new things about the tea I'm having. They are really quick to respond to any questions. Also they have both Instagram and a Discord server, where they post bite sized knowledge about tea, very useful.

I drank iteaworld's oolong tea series, flower tea series and also the Liubao dark tea series, it's really comprehensive, for beginners, it's really sweet to be able to taste the same kind of tea from different production areas and different crafts at one time. The packaging is environmentally friendly from the inside out and I really like it.

I'm always apprehensive when trying a new tea company because I am so picky about quality. I gave itea world a try based on a recommendation from a friend and because they had a unique tea I was wanting to try. Since I was ordering, of course I was going to try other things too. A green tea sampler, some blacks and oolongs. I'm so glad I did. I'm very impressed by the high quality teas. I love that for many teas you can also select a from a range of qualities and price points to get exactly what you're hoping for. I love that you can get teas in small, single session packets because I often use them for travel, work and gifting to the unsuspecting person who showed the faintest interest in tea. I also love the wide range of teas offered- this is a tea student paradise. So many tea comparison sessiona can be made to really learn more about the tea in depth. I truly enjoyed the packaging and info provided in the green tea sample set. I'm not really a sucker for upscale (more costly) packaging but I found the info they provided about the artwork really made me appreciate the tea experience more. In the sample set, they provided high quality tea bags to put the loose leaf tea into. While this isn't my preference, I can appreciate that others will enjoy that a lot. Surprisingly, I have used a couple just for the convenience. The descriptions on the website were very accurate. Shipping was fast.

The best part- extremely responsive customer service. Friendly, provided a lot of info, sent samples, genuinely interested in feedback.

This company actually celebrates tea and you can feel it at every level of the customer experience. I highly recommend trying them.

I used a 1:25-35 tea-to-water ratio and steeped for just 20 seconds per infusion, bringing out layers of flavor in every pour. This one feels like a tea to savor slowly and revisit often.
