Delivery was quick, stones and styling are beautiful. Durability of the setting is questionable.
I want to start out by saying delivery was within a week. Excellent... The rings I ordered fit perfectly. The shine of the stones are stunning. I've been wearing my 2 rings pretty much on a daily basis. It has been about 6 weeks since they arrived. It's not like I purchased them years ago. The eternity ring has lost one stone already. I have emailed the company and I am awaiting their reply. I will follow up my review with their "fix".

My fiance ordered a wedding set for me on Dec.19 ,2025 it's now Feburary 18,2026 2 months later still no package, no updates, no correct tracking. I've called the number several times same message no support agent available leave name number and email and someone will get back to us. Not! I wonder had we paid for expedited shipping would that have made a difference? The email stated to give it 5 more days that was 2 weeks ago. This type of unprofessional behavior should be unacceptable , yet we still support these companies. They always blame the issue on production. I say if your production team can't handle the demand why keep accepting new orders? When back orders haven't been received!!!????

Ring ordered a month ago / misses Valentine's Day
Ordered a ring for Valentine's Day over a month ago. Got email stating "shipped" with tracking # that doesn't work on 17track.net. Numerous emails asking for corrected email and/or projected arrival date not answered. I trusted these folks because I purchased before from them, and ring arrived in 7 days. From now on, for me, Amazon ONLY. They stand behind what they sell.
UPDATE: ring finally arrived AFTER Valentine's Day, a month after ordering. There was no response in my inbox or spam folder. You have no control over how short or long shipping can take as our USPS is so poor.

The company never explained why they did not refund the full amount, and they did not respond to my emails.
