Ordered 19 items they sent just 2 and those were with damaged wrappers and short shelf life - no apology and refund a lengthy process in 3 parts - won’t be shopping here again - it cost time and money 🤨 saddened by attitude of company 😢

I apologise for the inconvenience, and just for clarification the items not shipped were two (bought in quantity) all refunded.
They were chocolate bars with a short expiry date and I preferred not to ship them, but we shipped the rest of your order even though I didn't pay the shipping costs anyway and had a net loss.
I tried to please the customer as best I could.
Unfortunately there also seems to have been a problem with the shipment and to be fair we have refunded your order in full.
I hope you can give us another chance.

Good price slow delivery
Items ordered on 12/08/24 still not recover to to date 29/08/24. Chased them a few times via shop app (which is rubbish) they responded to apologise on the delay, shipped on the 18/08/24, it’s apparently in the UK with Yodel: Britains favourite lose it or break it all parcel carriers. Finally received the order it is surprisingly intact coming from yodel but still the delivery and the shipping is a little bit left to be desired.

For products that arrived at different times, it is due to the fact that one of the products was sent by a different courier from a different warehouse (as specified in the advertisement).
