Biscuits were perfect, the outside box was battered, but not 1 broken biscuit. Took about 2 weeks to arrive but what a treat once here!

Avoid for all cost!

Placed order 02.02 and item not here still now (14.02). I bought my Candies somewhere else and they deducted money for delivery.

Good price for the items that I wanted and the delivery from Italy to the UK was much quicker than I expected. A very efficient service overall thank you.

Delivered sooner than expected, I suspect from a warehouse in UK which doesn’t justify the hefty delivery charge.

Fast delivery good quality products.

Happy with the product and ordering , unfortunately the delivery from our side in the ik dragged longer than expected so the gofts could not move onto the final destination

Not a nice company to deal with. I initially made a big order prior to Christmas it was only after delivery I was told a lot of items out of stock a couple of gifts I had planned to give away arrived in damaged boxes so that was a let down. Part of the order was green olives which looked lovely but on tasting had no flavour whatsoever. Two panettone’s were bone dry with one having no filling at all I complained to them and I received a rude email back when I challenged this I was told sorry it was the sales team who sent that email like that was a reasonable excuse! I sent photos of the panettone that had no filling they responded saying not their problem got to the manufacturer! Zero customer service when things go wrong won’t be ordering again. Your response is really sad you sell products to a customer when the goods are not as described you pass the customer off and don’t care! No response to the rude emails either! Your response still shows customer service is lacking “not your problem” but it’s not the fault of the customer who has paid either but you profit either way and the customer is left without the item and no refund, very poor

The item I bought was sent in a timely manner, no issues, no delays.

My order took a few weeks to arrive but I understand it came from Italy, so the delay was due to that. The product is of high quality (Ricciarelli) and delicious. When I opened the pack, I discovered that each one was individually wrapped and I liked that.

Made a purchase of 3 Baileys filled Pandora and it arrived before Christmas unexpectedly. When I contacted the company they informed me I could have cancelled order which I chose not to do so . Made lovely Christmas presents , so would recommend.

Mulino Bianco Baiocchi it’s best chocolate cookies what you can buy in my opinion. The coffees, drinks everything it’s just way above than everything else!
