We bought two Murano glass prism chandeliers. Fantastic customer service from Grace, and the photos of the products do not do the actual chandeliers justice. The initial ordering process was easy and well organised. It was easy to contact the centre by both phone and email. Communication after ordering was excellent and the finished products are outstanding. We really couldn't be happier

I really loved this store. and their service was very friendly and they kept me uptodated and the delivery was very speedy.

I purchased a light form the company and can't complain about the amazing service offered. The light arrived and did not fit and after a quick email Karen had arranged for the return within hours. More companies should adopt the quick, professional and friendly service offered, thank you for the super service.

Got some great lights from here, used to use wayfair but switched to these and much better

I had a broken Murano chandelier and this was the only company that I found that would help me. It was sent away to Italy to repair. Cannot fault the service Kept me informed and up to date at all times. Have done a brilliant job of making new replacements to match the original design and colour. I am so pleased and relieved that it could be done. It was handled in such a reassuring and professional way. I was on holiday when the chandelier was ready and they had no qualms in holding on to it for me until I returned (over a month). My thanks go to Karen and all the team.

I’m really disappointed at the way I’ve been spoken to buy your sales staff. I made a purchase online for two lights and received a confirmation email to say they’d been dispatched and paid for. While I now appreciate that there was a huge pricing error on your part, the way I’ve just been spoken to is an absolute disgrace. I bought these lights in good faith, however your staff member made me out a criminal and a liar. I said I’d received a confirmation email to say they’d been dispatched and was told you hadn’t sent such an email, which I’d sent back to you. I received no apology for your mistake, and to suffer this abuse is no acceptable as I’ve done nothing wrong. This has put me off ever buying from you again regardless of the price

In response to your reply, the rude member of staff sent an equally rude email to me. I totally understand why you’d think your staff wouldn’t be rude to your clients, however burying your head in the sand will not resolve your staff with attitude problem. The pricing error was not my issue,my issue is with your staff member being nasty to me... and by your response I can see why

I found the prices were lower here than other places on the web so I rang them up on the phone. The staff were very friendly and helpful in taking me through some samples of chandeliers I liked and helping me pick the perfect light for my living room. They really went out of their way to give me impartial advice on the different types and qualities of chandeliers available and to make sure I had all the info I needed to make the right decision!

The light itself arrived on time and very well packed, was easy enough to install and the quality really speaks for itself. So happy I didn't cut corners on a lower quality product as my room now looks amazing!

Will certainly be back in future!

Been waiting for around 2 months, items got broken in transit, had to be remade in Italy, scheduled for delivery this morning by TNT - 2 items ended up on different lorries, waited in, called IDC to be given the "nothing to do with us guv, not our problem..". Sorry chaps not good enough. I've been waiting around 2 months and still haven't had my goods. At over £2,000 for the order this is not good enough. Avoid. I will be asking for a refund.

I received professional and prompt service from the time I asked for a quote, to when I received my finished chandelier part. I couldn't be happier. And the part is an exact match! I don't know how they did it! I would recommend Italian Lighting Centre again and again.

We ordered a light from Italian Lighting Center for one of our clients earlier this year. The designs and selection offered the best options for our client to choose from. They made our job easy in finding there perfect chandelier for our clients dining room. Once installed the room was instantly transformed. We look forward to working with Italian Lighting Center on many more projects in the future.

The chandelier is beautiful and is definitely the star of my kitchen renovation (after 24 years, it was definitely in need of an update!). Italian Lighting was very quick to respond to my inquiries and made an extra effort to get the chandelier to me in time for the holidays when all of our children were home.The only thing I would make sure you let Italian Lighting know is the height of your ceiling. I had to purchase additional chain because the chain attached to the chandelier was not long enough (Italian Lighting reimbursed me for the cost of the chain). It makes my heart happy to walk into my kitchen and see the chandelier...I say it is like Disney World...you really can't see it all in one day! I just love it!

I have never purchased such a high value item online before, so was more than a little wary of doing so. I had researched what I wanted to buy and found that the prices offered by this company were extremely competitive. The service I received during the ordering process was attentive and helpful, and I was kept informed of the delivery arrangements and was pleasantly surprised that my chandelier arrived earlier than expected. I opted for their installation service which was fantastic. The chandelier itself is absolutely beautiful and much admired by all. My only warning is once you have one installed in your home all your other light fittings look a little sad!
