Incompetent useless monkeys

Incompetent useless monkeys. So far we’re waiting since June (6months) to get the gas sorted. Their procedure is way to long complicated and takes a lot of time. If you need to call them they won’t answer the phone. If they do, they won’t be able to help or assist you in any way.
Today they have cancelled out request with no reason or notification. We have done nothing but waiting patiently and they screwed us over. There is absolutely no way I’m doing business with them, as per my first statement they are incompetent useless monkeys.
