I recently ordered two EXO NEPTUNE decal skin kits to personalise my DJI Mavic drones, and I’ve been blown away by the product I received.
I’ve started applying the skins to the batteries and controllers, and I have to say I’m really impressed with the quality, accuracy, and fit. I’m going to take my time with the larger pieces, but so far I’m really pleased with the results.

Very Impressive Service!

Good quality, reasonable price
I always put skins on my portable electronics to keep the surfaces in good shape. My usual vendor doesn't make skins for the Kobo Clara ebook readers, so I took a chance with iStyles. There are many choices available for artwork, but I uploaded my own image. The skin was of good quality, and the price was reasonable. Package arrived in 1 week. Going back for an iPod Classic skin!

It does not come with instructions on placement of decal nor which way is up.
I think you should include instrction for the proper placement of decals. In my effort to align it correctly I almost tore it apart and at $27.00 each, I would’ve been really upset if that had happened

Thank you for the feedback. Skin application instructions are provided for the more complicated layouts such as the drone kits, but others like the Meta Quest kits do not include instructions as the layout is pretty straightforward.
In this case, there's a single main piece for the front and the sensor positioning (cuts) do somewhat indicate which is up and down. The Skins come with a balanced adhesive that allows you to realign/reposition the piece when applying, so no worries there. If you're not happy with the alignment, simply peel off gently and reposition. Press down hard all around when done and the Skin will start to bond.
We're glad to hear that you managed to get the Skin set on. We hope you like how it transforms the look of your headset!

The skin is non modifiable and is easy to void
I had bought this custom laptop skin for 40$. I wouldn't recommend this to people looking for a custom skin due to the poor packaging it came in, the little to none advisory on what voids the return, and pre-opened/creased package/skin.
Had to end up throwing it away after all of the attempts to save said product. I ended up voiding the return by trimming it by a thin length because they sent me the wrong size by only a small length. they do not specify in the email what voids returns. So do be careful as you can not modify the product in any shape way or form. I had found this out the hard way.

Our Skins are packaged in a hard cardboard envelope that almost always ensures that the products arrive in perfect condition. Your package somehow arrived bent and opened. This does not mean that the packaging was "poor". It was opened by someone and we're guessing that the postman bent it to squeeze it in your mailbox.
We asked you for photos and were ready to get a replacement shipped to you but you replied saying that you have put the Skin on and "the sticker fixed itself". As you have experienced, the Skins are flexible and minor folds do not damage it whatsoever. You were happy then and said that your laptop "now looks great".
You ordered a custom sized laptop Skin and this was cut precisely to the size specified in the order. Apparently, this was not the size you needed and you had to trim the Skin. When measuring out the dimension you want a Skin cut to, you need to measure the laptop lid physically and not use the dimensions of the laptop provided in online specifications. The dimensions of the flat surface on a laptop lid is usually slightly smaller than the overall size of the laptop. The Skin will be cut to the dimensions specified and it is important that these dimensions are correct.
A day later, you wrote in to say that you tried to re-adjust the Skin, dropped it and it is now full of dust and debris.
Given the circumstances that you have described, the product no longer qualifies for a return. However, we gave you a really huge discount coupon that you could use to get a replacement (with the right dimensions), and supported you as best as we could in our email replies with huge chunks of tips and information specific to your use case. We hope our emails and the large discount help.
