Great experience, highly recommend to use for transportation upon arrival and departure from Istanbul. Safe and comfortable, driver was very kind.

I booked this service to transfer from IST to my hotel. Although the website says they will meet you in the arrivals hall, in fact they direct you outside to where their representatives are managing the flow of passengers. That part is ok, they give excellent directions on how to find them. But, then you will spend time waiting until a group of customers are herded downstairs to the pickup area, which is chaotic, and then you will wait some more to actually get put into a taxi. And in our case, they gave our car to someone else by mistake, so then we waited longer to get one.
If you want a true meet-and-greet by name inside the terminal, this is not it. On the other hand, the price is reasonable and you do get a reliable, fixed-price ride.

I have travelled many times with this company, always with good experiences, expecting the same this time. However, this time we were three families with five children, and we were simply not picked up on the day of our departure, almost causing us to miss our flights. This happened despite the fact that I had communicated with them the evening before. Even though I called several times, nobody answered the phone. Two hours later, they finally said that they had mixed up the dates, but there was no sign of an apology. I will never travel with this company again.

BiiVIP. Made a booking with this crook company from Istanbul airport to my hotel in town. A few hours before arriving got a message saying that they did not have the type of car I had contracted and needed to pay much more, in Euros, for the model of car they have available.
Surely it was their fault. In Europe they just give the serviced they offer regardless.
Be careful with these crooks if you come across them.

We used Istanbul Airport Taxis when we arrived into Istanbul airport and for our return. Perfect service from them and good prices. Nice large clean vehicles and courteous drivers. On our return the driver arrived 20 minutes early and just patiently waited for us until the time we booked him for. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We waited for 30 minutes in line to receive the worst service ever. It’s ridiculously overpriced and the driver “didn’t have change” so he charged us 65 lr for 5 minute trip (he gave us 5 from 70 for 55 lr trip). I unfortunately don’t know the car number but he was young with glasses in dark the jamper. Don’t ride with him!!!

Can certainly recommend this service. When we arrived in Istanbul the driver was there holding up a sign with our name on and we paid for this journey when we arrived at our hotel. Were picked up again 3 days later, on time, and paid for this part of the journey on arrival at the airport. Reasonably priced and would definitely recommend. Nice clean taxis and friendly drivers.

Received 2 confirmations that they would meet me at Istanbul airport on the 15 June, plane was on time, waited 45 mins, they didn't turn up. No explanation. When I cancelled the return, I then received a short apology, no explantion. They charge 3 times what a taxi cost me, mind you they are crooks as well, tried to con me, you have to remain cool and be extremly hard. If possible do not put luggage in the taxi boot, it allows them to hold you to hostage. The Government should really sort out the whole of the taxi 7 transport system.

We booked a mini bus to take us to and from our private apartment in Taksim. It was so easy and stress free- honestly it went like a dream- which is refreshing when a number of people travel in a group!
Definitely recommend and we will be using them again!

I used the car pick up service twice during the trip. It was great at reasonable price. Saved the trouble to bargain with taxi drivers.

I read the reviews all the time, as my guide to travel. So that being said I take them very serious, this trip took us to turkey, Israel, Jordan , back to Istanbul on our return. So I had the absolute pleasure of using this service of Istanbul express 4 times. They tracked are flights, and knew when we had a late arrival , nothing fells better than at 3:30 am to see your name on a card, well dressed very kind express driver. I'm American, so Im a extra cautious , traveling that part of the world. The vehicle was new clean , very comfortable. I felt very safe , very safe during our transport , I highly recommend this service.

I have used this service 6 or 7 times over the past 3 years and have found it to be consistently top class. They are always there at pick-up time (I don't how long before, but if we are early they are there!), the vehicles are excellent, the drivers helpful and courteous and knowledgeable.
On our last visit to Istanbul in Dec.2011 we used them for Airport to Swiss Bosphorus hotel.
It's nice when you arrive at the airport exit and there standing with a very clear sign is the driver.
I have no hesitation in recommending this service.
