I am a female endurance athlete that does some strength training as part of my routine. I’ve been using the Turkesterone/Ecdysterone complex for about 2 weeks now. During this period I was doing lots of upperbody workouts. Both my trainer and others mentioned that my back had grew! Being and endurance athlete I did not want to gain so much mass so I dropped my dosing down. I would maybe use it more to help recover from long endurance runs next time.
