I have received excellent service so far regarding the insurance contract. All my questions have been answered quickly, and whenever I needed explanations or assistance, I received great support. Now I just have to wait and see in practice, when I actually need to use the insurance, whether it will truly be as good.

Got denied for a claim due to "pre-existing conditions" which I was never diagnosed nor did I know I had one but they still claimed I had one so I basically got diagnosed for a condition by the insurance company. They wouldn't tell me how they came to the conclusion and the operator hanged up on me over the phone.
