So after investing money via crowdcube funding in the Isle of Barra brand and its initial journey i was happy. i even asked if i could help promote their brand via wearing their mercandise.
Then i saw their true colors after funding finished....i purchased their limited edition blended whiskey (puchased both) and after tasting left a honest opinion re the taste of the blended whiskey on their instagram post only to find out they deleted it, cuz they are biased and cant take honest feedback.
So i contacted them via instagram chat many times and now i am ignored totally. Again i am left non-valued as an customer and investor.

Why would i buy more from u again?

Ohhh and they only reply to positive reviews here!!! Why is that? Too busy posting Instagram bs?

I placed and paid for a cask of Whisky on the 28 May 24. After a number of unanswered emails I was informed on the 9 July 24 they had forgot to mail the paperwork to me and they would send it the same day. Still not arrived and no answer from emails or answering their telephone. Hopefully I havn't wasted my money (1000 GBP)

I met two staff of the distillery at the Country Living Christmas Fair in Harrogate. I bought a bottle of rum from them and couldn't wait to open it at Christmas. Now half the bottle has gone, I realised I would need some more.

The thought of it being posted from an island in Scotland made me wonder if my purchase would arrive in one piece. I had no need to worry, my parcel arrived safely.

The rum is excellent and with some dry ginger makes a lovely warming drink on a cold winter evening.

The ordering process was straightforward, following the on-line guidance of Isle of Barra Distillers website. The bottles of Atlantic Gin were very securely individually packaged and delivered intact by Royal Mail.

Highly recommend Isle of Barra Distillers. The dry gin is delicious and the bottle is beautiful. Great communication and packaging. Lovely to imagine the gin's journey across the islands to get to me. I've ordered numerous times as the gin is the best.
