I order a lot of parts from them but not if i need them quickly. They take more time to process the shipping and their couriers (FEDEX) agent in Iceland provides worse service than DHL or UPS.
Island 4x4 usually have the best price and they are my first choice if speed is not the matter.

The wrong part was sent to me and despite numerous emails (no answer on their phone), they are either too inefficient, understaffed, or unable to arrange collection of the wrong part and for it to be refunded. I am consequently sending emails and getting no useful response and am out of pocket with a useless part. Maybe Island 4x4 are fine when everything goes well but from my experience they are hopeless if anything goes wrong. I would not recommend them and would look elsewhere for more efficient and competent service.

Every order has always been perfect and delivered quickly and also packaged up properly.
I was recently having problems logging in to see my latest order details, so I emailed them and they responded within 10 minutes, reassuring that my order was due to be despatched and that they were having issues with their website.
This is the only Land Rover parts website that I use nowadays.

I needed to replace the oil cooler on a TD5 which requires many parts off first to get to it that then involved many gaskets, oils seals, O rings etc for the refit which was quiet a list. Only Island 4x4 had all these in stock, all others could only do part lists. Also a choice of branded, OEM or genuine options on most parts.

I now reside in the Republic of Ireland where Range Rover parts hard to source in the country.

I needed a replacement Radiator for my P38 together with a couple of idler pulleys.

I emailed Island 4x4 and within a few minutes received a response regards my radiator and gave some advise on what side the top hose would be on together with linking me direct to the products on the website.

A few emails later and I have placed my order for delivery to the Republic of Ireland with great prices.

Been using this company for some time now and never been disopointed parts (P38s and L322S/C) arrived on time and some times earlier than expected customer queries answered quickly by email good priceing range from oem or guenuin parts thanks

AVOID THIS COMPANY
Customer service is non existent.
I’ve had a problem with some bolts failing before they reach the correct torque and they won’t send me out any new bolts before I return the others! I’ve even said I would pay the extra for OEM bolts….but no 👎 They won’t even answer the phone.
Bearing in mind this is all for approx £30 worth of bolt kits when I have spent thousands with them over the last couple of years!
Other suppliers would have sent parts out with an apology.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
Go to a supplier who you can actually call if you have an issue.
