does not have the items advertised on their website in stock. will try to hold your money and give you a quality of lesser value. i’m pretty sure this is their system. they knowingly sent a different wig then what I ordered and couldn’t resolve it appropriately. I have seen other reviews say the same thing as well as not getting refunded after return. so please be careful spending your money here!

I tried to return the hair several…
I tried to return the hair several times.When contacting them they advise me to keep the hair because there wasn’t a big difference between the length of 20 and 22. I told him that I wanted to return it for a shorter length proceeded to say that the hair may get lost during return shipment and still trying to advise me to keep the hair. Also they just stopped responding to the emails.
The bundles were very small,the hair was dry,it sheds tremendously.Also the hair does not keep the curl pattern. I would never purchase from them again.

The hair was absolutely gorgeous. It was full throughout the entire length and didn’t shed or tangle! Even the colors are vibrant and didn’t have a weird undertone. I've gotten numerous compliments on it already and I would highly recommend this hair if you’re looking for quality within budget.

I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of these bundles. The ends are very thin, and the hair is nowhere near as full as I expected based on what was advertised. The overall quality did not meet my expectations at all.
I reached out because I wanted to return the bundles and receive a refund, but the experience has been frustrating. I would not recommend spending your money on this hair. Save your money and look elsewhere if you’re expecting full, quality bundles.
Very disappointed with this purchase and the quality I received.

Good quality hair!
I really enjoyed receiving my hair from them and it arrived faster than I originally thought. It isn't crazy expensive and the quality is pretty good. It does have a strong smell but if you are someone who washes your hair before installing your bundles it will be just fine. I will be shopping with them again!
