I wish I could give a much lower rating than I have.
This company is absolute rubbish. They took nearly 4 weeks, and countless e mails to send me out the completely wrong order.
Avoid at all costs.

I want to commend Destiny the beauty employee at Terminal 5 at JFK Int'l Airport.
I was so impressed by Destiny's courtesy and professionalism in helping me select the perfect Clinique makeup and Estee Lauder concealer.
As a senior woman, it can be a challenge to select a flattering makeup. But Destiny was excellent by first showing me various shades and discussing the ones that were most flattering to my skin tone.
I am so pleased with the skin care products we decided on.

My son was in tears today with the 'hamper' he purchased out of his own money for Fathers day gift to his Dad. It turns up in a shoddy box with battered chocolate packaging. He requested a gift message for Fathers day, just a invoice paper with his message at the bottom. Now going to have to hit the shops to hopefully find something else. Waste of money!!!!!!

I would recommend this company to anybody.

Bought a super new ice cream maker last week. My order was delivered very quickly - by a very nice delivery guy too. Price of item the best I could find on the good old internet.
All round very happy. Will test the ice cream this W/E

Great customer service, items and delivery.

A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Russell Hobbs slow cooker as advertised on the Ishoppe website. Filled in all my details and paid for the item and postage via my PayPal account. Received a receipt and waited in anticipation for the item to be delivered as promised.So you can imagine my surprise to be sent an Email three days later informing me that the item was no longer in stock, and they would be unable to supply me with one at a later date, as they would not be receiving more supplies in the future.This to me seems a very strange way to run a business, so even though this was the first time I had used this firm, it will most certainly be the last.

Having made an email enquiry out of hours over the weekend about an out of stock item, the subsequent response from ishoppe was available Monday morning. Additional stock had been located and an URL provided to enable viewing of the item and order placement. The item arrived by courrier on Tuesday morning and all this for a competitive price.
I have shopped on-line for many years and have never experienced such good service and delivery, well done.

Poor packaging, poor communication, poor customer service. I'd advise you to avoid this company.

The whole system is a farce,left hand does not know what the right hand is doing,should not really give a rating.
What a let down !

First experience of Ishoppe and it turned out to be very good. Good communication and info and very quick service. Item (Ice-cream maker) was well packaged and in perfect order. Glad I found them on the comparison price website and am very satisfied with the great purchase price. Would be even better if the p+p was included though!

I have never shopped here before so was not really sure what to expect as in service. Well i an now say Great service, well packaged, quick delivery.
The online shopping went real well quick and effecient. Also the item i bought was a great price compared to else-were. I do search for best prices and that is how i ended up at this site. I am very happy with other prices i have seen so i am sre i will be back to buy.

One other huge point to me is how i can pay. I was real happy to see Google checkout also PAYPAL. I always feel secure using paypal, so this was a huge bonus for me. In truth i doubt i would of bought from here otherwise.

All in all Ishoppe is a great trusted website to shop. My item was top notch, so thank you.

The item arrived within 2 days of ordering and was very well packed. I had been informed that the Soup Maker would arrive on a Monday but on Friday afternoon the delivery was made. Will certainly use this firm again. Very good price also saved myself £40 from where I was orignally going to buy this item.

Except pay-pal sent and received item quickly, item is whot was said and had no problems.
