Extremely disappointed and angry at ishop international's poor service, delays and lack of timely updates despite demanding high fees on the pretext that my parcels will be air flight ✈️ London to Lusaka. I paid more than £500 ,for 2 boxes on 6th April 2026 at their UK office(Unit E, Kendal House Victoria Way Burgess Hill West Sussex RH15 9NF UK ) & i landed Zambia on 7th April in readiness to collect the parcels. Was promised 10days delivery duration meaning parcels will be in Lusaka on 16th April but sadly today is now 26th April 2026 NO parcels . Im due to fly back to UK tomorrow without collectng the parcels. All I'm getting are excuses. I demand refund. Extremely disappointed at this poor service & misleading information. Please cash back required & redress on the serious inconveniences caused.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Bought a tie down kit for thule awning through decathlon website, received an item that bore no resemblance to the one advertised. Has taken 2 weeks of constant emails to decathlon customer service to even get a return address to this lot! Have no faith that they will refund me anything. The likes of b&q, decathlon who advertise their items on their websites need to get rid of this awful company.

Refusal to send their product to Northern Ireland

Wanted to buy an Imax beach fishing shelter from this company on Amazon. They cancelled my order immediately with no explanation as to why. They had 14 items in stock. I contacted the company and asked if they would deliver the item to Northern Ireland (UK). They replied and said the courier they use, wont deliver to Northern Ireland. The company doesnt advertise this though on their Amazon advert.

I ordered a Zadi door lock. Don’t believe the image, it’s false advertising.

I ordered a Zadi door lock. It arrived marked and unusable. I sent it back and they said that they would refund the cost and postage. A week later they claimed that they had not received it. I sent the proof and they then said they were sending a replacement. I told them that I had already bought one from another site, so they refunded the cost less the postage.
FYI the image on their webpage shows a lock complete with barrel and keys, but what arrived was an empty barrel hole! Trading standards are going to see this.

Bought a caravan jockey wheel from this…

Bought a caravan jockey wheel from this company via B&Q believing I was buying from B&Q.
On arrival the the handle was split. I was offered a return/replace but needed to use the item the next day which ruled that out. I suggested they send a replacement handle which they agreed to do. However, I made the decision to try and fit the handle from my old jockey wheel which took 4 hours. I contacted Ishop 247 to say the replacement handle was not required and to not send that out. My helpful approach saved them £9.20 in postage and they offered a paltry, offensive £1.99 part refund!
To fit the handle to the jockey wheel I had to strip the supplied jockey wheel and I was shocked at the poor quality of construction. My original jockey wheel handle was held in with a hardened steel pin, the replacement not only had a split handle but was attached with a mild steel rivet that, in my opinion, is really not up to the job, particularly as the item is supposed to support a claimed 150kg!
My advice: avoid this company as they seem to me to just be distributors of poor quality goods...well that is certainly my experience, and do not have the good grace to recognise when a buyer is trying to be helpful...unbelievably poor quality, service, and pragmatism. AVOID!

Good experience

Our experience with this firm has been all good.
We recently purchased a barbeque from them while we were on a camping holiday on the Isle of Wight.
Nothing was too much trouble for them and we received the barbeque a few days later.
Full marks.

Milenco BC Lock from ishop 24/7

Ordered a Milenco BC Lock from Leisure Depot (ishop247) after initial telephone conversation and checking with the manufacturer who confirmed fitting, ordered the unit but it would not fit my Vehicle, Fair play they offered a refund but wanted me to pay for the return(£8.50) , I refused, disappointed and on principle I Contacted Milenco directly. They sorted the issue by sending a new backplate free of charge (Top Marks). Ironically Ishop247 supply them. No issues with the sale and delivery , just the customer service when an issue was raised it was just diabolical , will not use again , they have numerous websites (Leisure Depot , Milenco-outlet uk etc ) so check before you buy.

SHOCKING company!

SHOCKING company!! One star is too many!! Terrible company to deal with!! I bought an awning for my van when it got delivered the driver for DX left the awning in front of my door resulting in this the awning has been stolen! I explained to the driver to leave it in a safe place like down the side of my van next to the fence or under the van if possible! Oh no it got left outside my front door!! Ishop247 aren’t accepting any liability for this as I spoke to the driver may I add who didn’t follow my instructions! So following this I’m £777 down and Iv had to buy another awning (not of Ishop247!!). I will never deal with this company again!! And I hope my review makes other people think twice because they don’t deserve the custom!! Don’t believe what ever they reply to this review because if I could copy and paste all the emails to this review I would!!! SHOCKING

Returning A Faulty Item

I bought an item which consisted of two parts
The item arrived but only one part was present and it was broken.
I contacted them and explained the problem and sent pictures.
They emailed me asking me to send it back via Yodel. They asked me to pay the £4.60 Yodel charge and they would refund me when they got the item back. They did refund the value of the faulty item but did not refund the money I had paid to Yodel to return it to them. Now they just ignore all my emails with regard to this. Very poor way of doing business

I brought a caravan toilet cassette…

I brought a caravan toilet cassette from the ishop247 at Peterborough shop 22/4/22 and now it completely jammed. I called customer services only to be greeted by a very uninterested customer service person. All she had to say was go on line to thetford and find your nearest service for thetford. NO CARE NO CONCERN FOBBED OFF
Really really bad they take your money which is hard enough to come by and expect to get away with bad customer service

Hi James, firstly please accept my apologies for the way in which your issue was handled. I can only assume it was poorly explained, we have a service agreement with Thetford whereby they handle all warranty issues relating to toilet products due to the hazardous nature of them once they have been used, we aren’t equipped to rectify any issues with the the cassettes and by utilising the service centre we find that the problem gets resolved much quicker.

Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful. AVOID.

I bought a table from these cowboys at the Caravan Show in Birmingham. We took it home and then straight on a holiday a hundred miles away before unboxing. MISTAKE - It was faulty and fell apart on first use. Drove it home, taking our total mileage with it to over 200 miles. Contacted 'customer services', and after a protracted three week debate with increasingly senior staff, was still expected to meet the return costs myself (almost half the price of the table). So overall, this company left me without a table on a week's holiday, out of pocket, and still needing to find and fund a replacement from elsewhere. Their responses were also consistently chippy, arrogant and unhelpful - any other business would have funded the return cost (which apparently technically they didn't need to, based on me buying it at a show, according to the Consumer Rights Act, but come on! 'Customer service' indeed).
Very interesting to read that ALL of the other reviews on here had a similar experience. Complete Jokers! Spend your money elsewhere people.
