Data sources for quality and reliability are not published. Supposedly it is some proprietary algo. When compared to the number of NHTSA complaints, as aggregated on carproblemzoo.com the quality and reliability numbers are radically different. The quality and data is often completely opposite of what the actual customer reported complaints show.
Sent me a replacement window sticker - with mathematical errors on the total!! Asked for a refund - no response. Granted only $9 but come on...
I used the service once…. It has been impossible to stop the monthly charge… they make it impossible to cancel so I will have to cancel my credit card.
Fake website - charges you and gives you the same information that you can get for free.
First they will try to lure you showing there are some issues but when you actually pay for it - it is just for some random other cars
