Do not use this Dental practice

Extremely disappointing experience. There has been no response to emails, phone calls, or even visits in person. Management appears to ignore concerns and does not respond to complaints.

The reception staff are polite and try to help, but it is clear they have little or no support from management. Having complaints simply ignored is both frustrating and insulting.

The most disappointing aspect is being charged in full for treatment that has been left incomplete, with no meaningful communication or resolution from management. I would expect much better customer service, accountability, and communication.
