I ordered ISAW40000077143515 and out of those orders I received a dress that I haven’t ordered. I should have received a black padded midi Gil size 8 and there is no way of correcting this error.
First time ordering and the last , quality is absolutely atrocious, nothing like the pictures , cost me £4.99 to get items delivered and another £4.99 to send them back !!
I’d never buy from I Saw it First again. I bought an annual delivery pass and they cancelled it with months left to go. Try to palm me off with a fiver off. No-if I buy something I expect to receive what I bought. I’m not the only one either. As if I’d pay a fiver delivery for something that’s worth about the same!
Very slow to dispatch, my latest expected delivery is Sunday and as at today (Friday) items haven’t even been shipped. Also they claim to have discount codes but they never actually work. £4.99 for returns? Ridiculous
Have always ordered off here regular and never had a problem but this time I have ordered the wrong size trousers as to small and in trying to get a exchange but the customer service is absolutely shocking and the steps they tell you to follow doesn't work!! Plus you only have 28 days to do this so the time they do eventually write back to me the time will be up! Not happy at all and put me off from ordering from here again!! Also after seeing other people's reviews seems to be a regular thing!! Very poor customer care skills!!!

Terrible quality clothing, catfish website and £4.99 to return a tiny dress when I paid less than that to get it delivered, will not be buying from there again especially if it’s £4.99 of my own money to return things each time!!!!! Rediculous, SHEIN does better quality clothing for half the price too
Company is great for little cheap tops and things, but for the amount I wanted, by the time you add delivery charge it puts the price up, especially if you have to send it back. Shame they dont do an offer for a years unlimited delivery like Asos and Boohoo or I would order more.
S nice items . some items are badly made and some are quality. Its bit like pot luck and the only thing is I have spent money sending parcels back as well as bad fit. So you pay fro delivery and your returns which is the catch with this online orders. Be careful what you buy, if you like cheap you get cheap to be honest ./Stick to Shein to be hones.
Parcel was lost, which was the couriers fault, but this company have had me going round in circles for two weeks. Getting different info from different staff, they’re looking for the parcel, then the courier has confirmed it’s lost and a replacement coming, then the investigation is still on going and there’s actually no replacement being sent, then I have to wait for someone to get in touch, then no one does. I’ve had to chase and chase just to get someone to answer me and it’s been almost impossible to get in touch with a real person. It’s a £24 jacket, and honestly, the way they’ve acted you’d think I was trying to extort them out of millions of pounds. It’s the couriers fault that the parcel was lost, but this has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. All I’ve asked for is a flippin replacement of something that cost £24 from a multi million pound company. Boohoo and ASOS customer service are a million times better and always try and help you with the problem. I even had to argue with them on getting a refund for the next day delivery I paid! Laughable! Will definitely be going back to Boohoo and ASOS from now on!
I have had problems with the company in the past, but just keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, which I will not be doing again. I have been sent the wrong item, not received items, not received my order but this was the last straw of bad experiences. I ordered a white jumper dress in the sale along with many other items. When it arrived it was a salmon pink and smelt of body odor and just damp smells, so had clearly been worn before. I had a jumper which was meant to be the same color so it was apparent this was not the correct color for the item.
Along with when I have ordered before them in the past, most of the order I sent back as it looked completely different to how it does on the website. I also had to pay £4.99 to return this, which was ridiculous considering the item was faulty. I asked for a replacement and was not given one, just a refund and barely even an apology.
The customer service team are awful. They asked would I like a refund or replacement, to which I said replacement, but got sent a refund. It took them days to reply and then told me the refund was irreversible. The dress is now out of stock too so I can’t get it any longer.
I will not be ordering from them again as they no longer get the benefit of the doubt. I have had too many bad experiences now to give them this.
Stay clear of this site! Pay for postage and then have to pay for a return when they mess up and send a fault item.
Customer service is shocking I will be going to trading standards. DON'T ORDER!

Customer service is shocking sent several emails to inform them I have a faulty item and each time I get a response from a different agent all asking me for my details and pictures of the faulty item. They say they’re trying to help but still nothing been resolved, as a first time customer I will not be placing any more orders with this company.
You will pay for deliveries and returns!!!! No matter how much you spend. No one to speak to but a robot. Communication is via email.
I placed an order but it was cancelled due to item being out of stock. I emailed their customer services and the girls who were working were super polite, I chose to have a different size of the the same item shipped and they even refunded the shipping fee. The item arrived as described, no flaws. It was inexpensive so the quality isn’t the highest but I cannot fault the company for the price paid. Customer service is truly 10/10
I’ve ordered from I saw it first many times in the past and they used to be great and I have loved a lot of the clothes I have received from them. However, upon ordering this time I was quite unhappy with the clothes I received, as they weren’t bad but didn’t look like the pictures on the site, so wanted to start a return. I was completely shocked to see I would have to pay another £4.99 to process my return. This had never been the case before and honestly disgusted me so much so I decided just to keep the clothes. Additionally, the packaging has changed to plain grey packaging when it used to be their logo packaging, how can it be justifiable to charge so much more than previously, when there have obviously been budget cuts to the service anyway? What am I paying extra for when the customer service and experience has massively declined? Really really shocking and I will not be ordering again, I am unsure if the company has changed hands from a previous owner or what but something has definitely changed for the worse!
