Pretty poor regarding faulty goods, blamed us for the issue. Would not use again as any issues will be attributed to poor installation etc, interestingly this was although item had not even been unpacked.

I have ordered Altro Heavy Duty Bolt Through Latches (573110) from you twice now - and each time the whole product has not been sent (different parts missing each time) - and I have had to make contact to get this sorted. I think maybe your packing department needs further training on your products.
