I am standing in line at the cash register, while I am waiting, I am talking on the phone, and out of the blue the old lady at the cash register told me rudely to leave the line and go and talk somewhere else or hang up.
Since when can you not talk on the phone while buying food? This shock me and made me feel every uncomfortable!
This took place at Irma on Islands Brygge 79, E, 2300 København.

I like Irma and is my local preferred, it is a little more expensive but the service and quality better. Meny is good but I prefer Irma. Friendly people and often help me when I can not find the item I need.!

My last few visits to Irma have shown outstanding customer service, both times i was given alternative items (at offer price) when the actual offer items on offer were sold out
Nothing negative to write about Irma. Denmarks best supermarked with excellent service.
Just to say that personal is always nice and professional in Irma, Frederiksborggade 34, Copenhagen. I visited this store several years and never had any problem, even when I don't buy anything, they are always nice. In some stores if you don't buy anything they watch you like that you are a thief, you didn't spend money, you are sooo bad :)

I bought a package of oranges yesterday at Irma in Valby, and as soon as I got home I realized that they have gone bad (there was green mold on the bottom of each orange...)
I have always associated Irma with the best quality and Irma has been my nr.1 choice when I needed fresh fruits and veggies, but this experience made me question my trust in the way Irma stores its green produce...

Unfortunately it happens that quality varies. However, we do our best to remove bad quality before customers bring the groceries home. From time to time this may slip - and for that I apologize.

My lifestyle and health have benefited from the time saved and the quality products I enjoy from Irma. I always receive prompt personalised service and feel like a valued customer. Thats refreshing!
I really want to give Irma five stars, I really do. They are usually clean and well lit and the staff is usually very friendly. They have a great selection of affordable wines in Denmark and regularly run specials on their wine selections.
The only Irma draw back is that they are a little more expensive than other Grocery stores in Denmark. But if you don't mind putting out a little more, Irma is worth the visit.
