Exceptional Responsiveness

As a self-directed IRA professional that assists individuals in making private investments with their IRA accounts, I frequently contact custodians to ask clarifying questions regarding their services and fees.

Gaining access to a live person can be problematic, particularly during COVID. I have had long wait times trying to speak with various custodians.

IRA Innovations, however, answered my call immediately and provided me with the information I needed.

Relative to other custodians I have contacted recently, I am rating IRA Innovations with 5 stars for responsiveness.
