Double Check the stock before buying and read the CGV

I wish to share my experience with this seller, which was a mix of excellent service and rigid business policies.
Firstly, potential customers should note that this is not a physical retail location. It appears to be an online-only operation, and in-person pick-ups are not an option.
Secondly, and most critically, the company operates a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is paid, it cannot be canceled, regardless of stock issues or shipping delays. A customer must wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return for a refund, a process that could be lengthy. I strongly advise all new customers to confirm stock levels and delivery estimates by email prior to ordering.
Also something confusing in the CGV mentions that if they cannot get your product, they can propose an inferior product, and the differnce in price is a credit note on their store which must be used within 12 months, this does not seem fair to the customer.
Regarding my own transaction, the service I received was exemplary.
All email correspondence was answered with excellent speed.
Shipping was free and arrived in under 24 hours (though my proximity to the seller likely aided this).
The MacBook was precisely as ordered: a new, factory-sealed unit with a French keyboard, no cosmetic flaws, only 2 battery cycles, and full eligibility for AppleCare.
I reccomend and would definatley buy from this business again.
I removed one star because of the fact the business does not allow to cancel even if the item did not ship yet.
