If a zero star rating was possible I would have rated it zero.
In April I bought a Foscam D4Z surveilance camera. I have several other identical cameras and I know how to setup the equipment. Unfortunately the camera was not able to provide the highest resolution as supposed to. I raised a ticket and they agreed to have the camera returned for repair and when I recieved it back again after the so called repair there was no difference at all. Same issue. Not able to provide the highest resolution in the drop down during configuration.
They havent even reimbursed the 24euros I paid to return the camera.
I know how the cameras works, I know how to setup and configure the camera. I have tried sevel times in the ticket to explain the issue. Instead of acting like a professional company they have deleted all the communication in the ticket I raised. Just shows to me they are running the business like amateurs. What kind of service level is this. Find another shop because if you encounter issues with the items you order, you might end with spending a lot of money for items bought which in the end may result in being useless.
What a shame for a company to act like this.
