Fraud , stay away

They offer you a web hosting for $25 per year and after 1 year automatically charge $624 for next 3 years agreement you did not sign. And it is impossible to return that money. Stay away. It is pure fraud.

iPage account deleted with migration to Network Solutions

I had an account with iPage for 15 years. They migrated to Network Solutions and deleted my account although I had just renewed it for a year. Customer couldn't explain how this happened or had to recover my account. They even showed proof that my domain was still valid. They are thieves.

I contacted customer support and Anas was the person who helped me i can say they went above and beyond in assisting me. The issue was escalated and I am hopeful it will be resolved fully very soon.

Beware multiple fake reviews

Beware multiple fake reviews! Look at reviews prior to first week of December 2025 to get a more accurate sense of the sort of company this is. It's a disgraceful outfit that will give you nothing but grief and steal your money. Now operating under 'Network Solutions' banner.

A lifesaver!!

The assistant was so patient and helpful. I had lost a fair amount of account information but with careful questions and answers she helped me get acccess to the account to renew hosting plans. A life saver.

Don't believe the hype

Don't believe the hype. These guy are not web developer firendly. They have always been terrible with customer service and enact policies that discourage design in real time.

I have been a web developer since 2003 and have been repeatedly disappointed with their platform.
