I’ve been using their Plesk license for more than 6 months and upon service suspension due to non-payment (change of license provider) they’ve kept sending me invoices when my service was suspended, I guess by law you must pay a service that you can’t use. :)
Also they are now threatening me to send a “collection agency” for 36€ of unpaid invoices where the services were suspended.
I do not recommend this company as they are sneakily putting you on “contracts” without your knowledge.

I have been a customer of IP-Projects since 2019 and they have always delivered a stable and reliable service. Their servers perform exactly as expected and any time I opened a ticket, the support team replied quickly and helped me without hesitation. Maurice handled my latest request and was incredibly helpful, patient, and clear with every step.

I've been a client with IP-Projects for more than 4 years now, with over 50 colocated servers their support is truly 24/7 even during holidays they always respond fast and professionally.
I’ve been in the server market for over 10 years, and honestly, I’ve never worked with a team that provides this level of quality, reliability, and dedication.
They really set a new standard for what good service should look like.

We would like to update our highly critical previous review. Over the past few months IP Projects have stepped up their game. They have always been super fast and responsive, as are their servers.

We have hosted a number of sites with IP projects and for many years.

Earlier this year we wre sent a number of alarmist emails stating our server is going to be cancelled unless we migrate all our websites (dedicated server and fully managed) by a certain date at our own cost, which is not in our hosting contract and not possible for us to do technically. within that time frame and certainly not at our own cost. When we had the time to dedicate to this, we were then told it was too late. I agree; despite their very good level of English support,, the communication and support could have been better, and as such, for long-standing customers, a formal letter and follow up phone call is standard business practice.

We have had and still have minor issues with server-side support, which, despite being a dedicated and fully managed server by IP Projects, including backups, server configurations, optimisations, etc. our developers say they get little technical support. We are often told they are a host, and if the server is correctly configured, it is then our problem to solve.

Yes as we have full root access we could fix all issues ourselves, but hosts who charge for fully dedicated and managed servers should be more collaborative. We are a number of small companies that does not have an IT department, and although we have operated in Germany for 20+ years, it does feel like our issues are a nuisance to them.

Professionalism and politeness have improved, and we hope this continues.

It’s impossible to cancel the Plesk license because this German company is a scam. They generate invoices and lie about it. Michael claims that there are no more invoices, but their mess system keeps generating them every month and they don’t know how to cancel as excuses and bullshit.

Worst service ever. I subscribe to the previous reviewer ,where they say it is hard to cancel the service.
They increased the license price by 30% and they want you to notify them of cancelation 6 months before the contract ended. Anyway, this cannot be real, in every normal license service, you only receive the service upon paying, not paying it means you do not receive the service. They just want to make some free money. Stay away!!!

Their rules for contract termination are extremely specific and hard to comply with. And while all other sane hosting companies cancel your service when you stop paying for it, ip-projects hires debt collection agencies that will keep mailing you letters for months. Avoid at all costs!

Good price for what they offer.
I've been a customer for over a year now and haven't had any issues. The management interface for VPS is a little clunky but the support is good and provided me with free additional IP addresses for my server.
