For the most part it's been easy to use, well supported courses I've done through IoSCM. I did a level 5 that was great, no issues. Good information, well supported. The Level 7 I'm doing has been less pleasant. The platform changed without my knowledge so I've done essays that are now pointless as the learning objectives have changed for the modules I was half way through. Hours of wasted work. I have been given a free 3 month extension but still annoying. Most tutors are fine. One tutor i have though calls from outside of the UK and the barrier in language made my tutor call completely pointless and I gained zero benefit or constructive guidance from them.
Easy to have home learning option and for the most part it's fine. Tracey Young is great.
Once signup was complete and payment sent I had a period of time where starting my course support was limited, gaining access and getting support when I needed it has not been available. I have experienced long delays while asking for support.
I have also been informed I have to drop a module due to the misleading information on the signup but I was only informed after repeated emails.
I've recently started a level 5 diploma in transport and logistics, along with leadership skills and business management. The course seems easy to access on the platform, with access to help any time, and also access to forums with other learners. It's very early in my journey for a more in depth review, but if needed in the future, I'll update with more info. For now, as a beginner on this platform, I'm happy with how things work.
Great resources, I am currently on my second qualification with them.
Tracy was great to interact with when enrolling. Easy to use learning platform with tutors always available to help.
Great training company. I found this company through google search for courses and found the range of courses to fit my requirements. I like that you can mix and match your different units. I did find the online platform slightly confusing but i may have just needed to get my head round it more.
Graduate NVQ level 5 in Logistics and Management and no help from the IOSCM.
No help with the CV
No help looking for jobs
They encourage me to do more courses to improve myself or get a membership ( If i don't see any help with the above why should I waste my time with IOSCM)
Disappointment waste of time and WASTE OF MONEY

I have just completed my course with the institute of supply chain management. The course team were great and offered me high levels of support throughout the process. The course material was informative and provided a deep insight into a variety of sectors. I really enjoyed that I could pick which units were best suited for what I wanted to achieve.

I have had the pleasure of collaborating with the Institute of Supply Chain Management (IoSCM) as a supplier for several years. Primarily focused on working with their marketing team, I have also had the opportunity to interact with other departments within the institute on occasion. My experience with IoSCM has always been positive.
IoSCM consistently demonstrates professionalism and fosters a collaborative environment, making them a valued partner.
I am really pleased that i have just successfully finished my level 5 Diploma with IOSCM. Started the course early 2022 and have worked through it around a very busy job. The ability to study this way has been great for me. I studied a number of units, finding the logistics and supply chain units to be of real benefit to me when i was promoted last year, i was able to match my course to my role and have used some of what i do at work towards my assignments. Had great support when needed and find the team really helpful, quick to get back to me and kept in touch since i started.
I did find it challenging to understand some of the academic requirements such as Harvard Referencing but have been able to use the guides IOSCM provide and my tutor kept me right.
Now i have finished i am going to be putting some of my team on to IOSCM courses this year and will likely move to the level 6 or 7 after a little break.
Would definitely recommend these courses for anyone in the industry.
I have been a member of the IoSCM for a number of years and decided to complete my Level 7 (masters equiv.) course in Supply Chain Management and Operations Strategy with them. The course was well presented and straight forward. I was even able to offset some of the units using evidence from my years of experience.
At these levels extra studying is expected - you can't just use the course material. Look at the recommended reading and the references used for the course material.
There was a slight hiccup with the last unit of my course as the Logistics unit was being updated due to brexit. Communicating with my tutor and customer services resolved the issue quickly.
I would have no problem recommending IoSCM for professional membership and for courses.
A major scam please stay away, I enrolled for a diploma with 4 units I passed unit 1,3,4 but they kept failing 1 paper in unit 2.
The paper in unit 2 was better than all other papers I wrote but they kept coming up with excuses but all other papers are fine.
They took over a month first to mark paper so time ran out, took an extension as wanted to finish course then again a month to mark paper and now they want another 3 month extension £294 and year membership £210 to finish
And if I fail this paper again which is probably what they will do you need to purchase the unit again.
Biggest scam ever,3 years wasted. But I hope this review stops others falling into their money grabbing scam.
Worst company I have dealt with, no tutors avible, excuse was all on sick. Delays in marking when course states 7 days. Customer service is one sided money, money, money.
Please do not use this company.
Below feedback is completely wrong as I have emails stating tutor was sick, course submission dates waiting over months. And I have been refused a call and they took away the live chat aswell on platform. The review is very accurate.
Funny how when a bad review went up 3 fake good ones were posted.

Course content and platform is overall good. Improvements could be made on the speed in which you get feedback on assignments. In some circumstances I was waiting more than three weeks for a response.
When there are no issues things tick over nicely . However , when there are problems (like there are now).....communications and attitudes are really poor.
Course material is laughable, full of errors and extremely dated.
They don't have enough tutors to cover marking assignments . My latest has taken 3months to mark with zero apologies for delays .
Strangely ,communication around taking money from you to extend your course never misses a beat
Avoid at all costs ....2k down the drain.
Really poor, expensive course with material that is not of a sufficient standard for proper professional development. They also promised me that a module - the main driver for me taking the course - would become available years ago and soon after I started my course. It is still not available years on from then AND they are still advertising it as part of the course! I have explained my frustration on the phone several times, and they say they will get back to me and they never do. Clearly they are just hoping I will go away, and sadly I think I just have to do that... rather than waste any more of my own time and money.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Waste of time, non professional tutors, waiting ages for reply and getting non complete/logical replies.
LITERALLY WASTED MONEY

Avoid, the communication is appalling and the support if anything goes wrong is none existent. I have been waiting for a call back from someone for 2 weeks to resolve issues around my work being flagged for the use of AI - which it hasn't. There is no support or urgency to resolve the issue, despite me chasing them weekly for the past 6 weeks, meaning I've had to stop my studies and now wonder if I will ever complete it. The course is not a cheap course, and for the fees paid I would expect much better support. Save yourself the time and frustration and find a better course provider where they actually care about their customers and getting you through the course
Definitely not recommend. Payment completed by having frustrating communication. 6 week still not received hard copy of my certificate. They having excuses. So no one in office so tracker broken. Definitely think before you signed with this company!

Those writing 5 stars review definitely are IOSCM employees, don't be foolish by this. My mistake was their cheaper price than CILT, and also I haven't done enough research regarding reviews. So I'm in the trap right now. I would never recommend this business, especially for education!!!!
