I had a good experience with INYO pools. They received my order and shipped the part I needed. I will definitely use them again.

The wrong part was sent out and I took a picture of it and thought I sent it. Have not heard if you got it. The order was correct and the packing slip on the box was correct but wrong part inside

I tried to cancel the order, only because the order was wrong. I had ordered two brushes, when order was done only one was on the order(?). The other big problem was the shipping charges, $47 and change to ship(!!!!) other places ship free. I tried to contact inyo pool . Com, it said that was a wrong E. mail(?????) . No I’ll never order anything from you or even recommend anyone to you!!!!!!

No issues with the parts I ordered; received on time and installation was easy.

Based on being able to research the Part # on my item in your system I was able to find the replacement part and it is working correctly. Thanks

Actually, I gave the rating four stars instead of five because the product arrived after this email was sent to me, indicating that the product should have arrived before the email.

After months of procurement for this particular part, I finally managed to find this part on your website. Easy to order online, fast processing and time of delivery was accurate as per the delivery date.

Great service, fast delivery. I will install it today.

Wow! 2 1/2 years have passed, and I now have a premium variable speed pump without a display! I guess I thought reputable dealers and manufacturers would stand behind their products...not so. 18 month warranty, somebody must know these motors are crap! Maybe just the electronics are crap. Even my well water pump has a longer warranty, and the old Northstar pool pump I had went 10 years. I do not recommend any of these "Vgreen" variable speed "Pureline" pumps sold here. They seem to push this pump hard, so there must be some additional incentives from the manufacturer for them to push this crap

Received motor on Wednesday, June 9, 2021. Motor installed on Thursday, June 10, 2021. Took about a half hour. Motor started right up .... smooth sailing ..... no more circuit breaker flips thanks to Inyo Pools and my pool maintenance whiz, Nick. Water at 82 degrees w/o my heater and I'm a happy camper. :) :)

The exact product I needed, it was hard to find. A bit on the pricey side but, what I needed, lots of counterfeits out there. Easy ordering, fast shipping. Would order from INYO pools again.

Order was easy. The packaging that it is shipped in is not good, input and output ports had popped through the boxs. The fittings are scuffed up and I don't think any other damaged occurred. I will see what happens when it is in use.
