4 in 1 tap installed and worked perfect.
We had an issue after about 5 months and after a few video calls identified the issue as a blockage in the pipe.
David sent new tap fitment which arrived next day and easily fitted and back in business.

We’ve had our INTU 4-in-1 boiling water tap installed for 6 months now and it has been a fantastic addition to the kitchen. The water functions work exactly as they should and it’s completely reliable. If you are looking at the top, high-cost brands on the market, I’d highly recommend looking at INTU instead. It gives you the exact same convenience at a fraction of the price. Definitely worth the money.

I was debating for a long time which brand to go for, as there are quite a few competitors on the market and some are extremely pricey. In the end, I decided to go with the Intu Tap Nexus 4-in-1 Swan because I really liked the design and features — and I’m so glad I did.

We have recently completed a full house renovation packed with the latest technology, and honestly, this tap has been one of the best additions out of everything we installed.

We are very happy with the way it works, the way it looks, and most importantly, the level of customer service. We drink a lot of tea and coffee at home, so the instant boiling water option has been an absolute game changer for us. It works brilliantly, heats instantly, and finally I no longer need to boil a kettle every single time I want a tea or coffee.

The service has also been truly 5-star. Any questions or advice needed were answered almost immediately, which is rare these days.

I have been using my Intu tap for 12 months now and I am still very happy with it. I am also using the service to get my replacement filter sent out every 6 months. Some people worry that the water is not delivered at 100 degrees but I find it is perfect for tea and coffee

I have now had my Sovereign MB DIGITAL with Nexus system from INTU for 8 months and delighted with the product. David was extremely helpful regarding the initial install and my plumber commented on the quality of the product. So pleased I signed up for
Special Offer INTU Deluxe Pro Replacement filter Subscription - received Every 4 Months. I like the safety element on the tap for accessing boiling water. I have noticed that the main tank can be a little noisy at times when regenerating, but still a great buy with excellent customer service. Beats a number of similar products such as Franke hands down in terms of price and efficiency.

Excellent prompt service and delivery

I needed a 4-in1 tap as the one originally specified for the kitchen was unavailable. After research, I came across INTU and Dave’s video in YouTube.
It sounded good and the price competitive. I ordered after a very helpful conversation with Dave and received within a couple of days.
Unfortunately the first plumber was inexperienced and didn’t follow the instructions and discarded ‘left over’ fittings. A phone call to Dave sorted replacements immediately and he even had a chat with the new plumber to ensure no further problems. The parts arrived next day and I’m very happy with the new tap and very impressed with the help provided by Dave throughout. Superb customer service.

Bought a 4 in 1 tap about 18 months ago, no issues with it and found it really useful until about a week ago when it started to leak. Called the number and the guys walked me through how to repair it and sent out a spare part the same day. Pleased with the tap and the aftercare, would recommend.

You never really know how good a company is until something goes wrong, which it did, it was no-ones fault, and a small problem, but boy did they step up, wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely buy again, excellent customer service.

We have the 4 in 1 boiler tap which is of great quality and at a fraction of of a price compared to it's competitors. Although we've had some issues with the tap, the staff at Intu have been very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues. They've sent replacement parts which arrived the following day. Their service and commitment has been second to none. Subscribing to the replacement filters is better and much more cost effective. Changing the filter it straight forward and easy to do. The design of the tap has been well thought out. If you're looking for a boiling tap at an affordable price, I highly recommend Intu. The service and aftercare has been brilliant from our personal experience.
