I received the wrong color coat due to their fault, I made a return, still no money, it's been more than 3 weeks, never deal with this company, it's a scam.

I received the wrong color coat in my previous order, so I placed a new order, thinking it would be correct this time. That was a mistake. They sent me the wrong color again! On top of that, they still haven’t refunded me for the previous order. Who knows when I'll get all my money back?
Awful experience
Awful experience - rude customer support team.
Avoid at all costs. I ordered an item that was constantly out of stock. Got notified via email the item was available and successfully made the order. My order was put on hold because the item was again sold out. ( don’t they allocate stock according to customers’ purchases?)
The item was available in other markets, for instance in Italy where their warehouse is located so ironically customers from there could order it while I was waiting my order to be fulfilled. Eventually they decided to cancel my order out of the blue- not to mention their awful customer support team- useless and pathetic

Great quality
Ok so I was a little scared to order in view of all these negative reviews but I've had quite a great experience. I placed 2 orders, and while the first one took 2 weeks to be delivered (during Christmas holidays, so I was expecting it to take some time), the second one was delivered under 1 week.
The products are of great quality, especially the knitwear. So soft and great looking. They fit true to size.
The labels are cut and replaced with Intrend labels which I cut off anyway.
The bag I also ordered is not so great but it was cheap, so will do for an everyday wear.
And finally the prices are incredible, especially during their sales period.

Top Quality
I came across Intrend in a fashion outlet in Italy not knowing what brand it was. What I saw without knowing it, were clothes of amazing quality. I bought three coats being very happy with the fabric, design etc. And then I noticed that the labels were torn off or Intrend labels were added, so I asked the shopping assistant. Imagine my surprise when she told me it was all Max Mara.
So realise that you are buying top quality clothes for a fraction of the price. It's is well worth it.
Having said that, I don't know anything about the returns online. my advice would be to see if there is a store in the country you are in.

Please don’t buy from them. Customer service is a joke. Bought 3 bags . All 3 are poor Chinese quality nothing you would expect from Max Mara group. 2 are damaged. Contacted them, sent them pics and they still haven’t send me the return label. It’s a shame and I will never ever buy anything from them !!

Even one star is to much! Poor customer services! I wanted to return the dress ( which was more jacket than dress, because very heavy) and I wrote them several times that I need a return label. I don“t even know the adress, where I have to send back the item! I also informed Klarna. They never reacted! Never again Intrend!

It was very poor experience . They have very poor standards of customer service. I bougt two items together: belt and a dress. Belt was fit to dress to wear together. After for 4 days I receive information, that one item ( dress) has been cancelled due to the last item in stock was found to be defective or, it did not pass the quality control..
I send them information that in that case I am no loger interested of buying belt and I ask for cancel my order ( becouse I bought them together) . They said that I can't to this, becouse belt was send and of course I can return belt by paying for return sending.
I all stories I used they first ask if customer still want to continue order if all items are not available, but not on intrend shop. They have different standards that are not adapted to the client. I will not use the services of this store again.

I bought a double breasted alpaca & virgin wool coat. It wasn't cheap.
IT BROKE DOWN AFTER 2 MONTHS OF WEARING!
It hasn't been exposed to water, tumbling or any other factors that might damage a coat. All I did was wear it to work. One day I pull it out of the wardrobe and it's there, with seams torn apart on the armpits and the belt. Not to mention that it loses hair like crazy. The first time I wore it I was so embarrased I didn't take it off. I looked like I took a nap with a dog! It is starting to look like it is 3 years old at least. Most of the hair is gone!
I have never been so angry about a piece of clothing. Mostly because of the website trying to sell you expensive pieces that break down faster than a ZARA T-shirt.

Economy and political situation will have to teach them, other way in nearest future they can find themselves in italian bazaars. If you willing to buy from them just be sure - the product, the size and this is still risky as I used to receive a wrong color too...

This site looks a good idea initially until you order and you need to return something. First of all you pay for the return yourself. Then they just give you an address which doesn’t come up clearly in the post so in my case the lady at the post office asked to doublecheck. Well good luck with that cuz the chat function on WhatsApp doesn’t work, on the website there are no agents and there is no other phone number to a customer area. Now I don’t even know where this return will arrive. Not costumer friendly so everyone please be aware. I will surely not order again but I just hope I’ll get my money back..
Positive experience with Intrend
I normally do not write reviews, but after reading all the negative reviews i found it fair to share my positive experience with intrend. In my order i had couple if items that I wanted to return. The online help chat was perfect to advise me how to do this and i sent all the items that i did not want to keep back. After 3 days i received a notification that they received my parcel and after 1 day i received the money back for those items. The whole process was seamless and very professional.
Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. They will claim the order is on its way after which they will inform you that they cannot ship a certain item due to being of poor quality. After insisting they ship it, they will tell you it is out of stock all of the sudden and that you should subscribe to receive a notice when available again even though these notices are incorrect.
Sizing not always correct/ You have to pay Returns
The sizing is not always correct. They are difficult to join. If you persist and are actually able to ask for advice before ordering…it does not help as they don’t know the products. If your unlucky and have to return it (last time2 out of 3 items) you have to pay for the returns… I bought another batch of 3 items yesterday. This morning I had the surprise that they took out one -without informing me first (« failed the quality controls »). I mailed/ chatted/ called the whole day, to ask if instead they could add another one. They can’t do that. Even if the order is not shipped yet. I would have to place an other order and since the new one would be under 100€, I would have to pay for the shipment !!!! To long, to complicated, no intelligent service whatsoever… I give up ordering on this online shop. Who has so much time to loose? One last thought: pay with PayPal… at least you are sure to get back your money in a reasonable timeframe.
